If people get anxiety or stressed out or get mad about watching a free video and complaining about her not getting all the stuff or not getting this one and that one like you think she should then it's very obvious that you shouldn't even be clicking on these videos because of how upset you get! Why would you want to upset yourself or give yourself stress or get pissed off about something that's just completely stupid!

When my acne was at it's worse I would dream I could just peel back a layer of my skin and hope the acne would come out with it. 😔 So frustrating. This is was from 15 - 22 years old. Now I'm 26 and acne is gone...still have oily skin and breakouts only when I don't stick to my routine. If I could pass along any helpful tips it would be to exfoliate every night, wash every morning and night, and I tone twice daily (sea breeze at night and witch hazel in the morning) I only pop pimples at night and spot treat with tea tree oil. *I'm a firm believer of popping pimples...I'll deal with the dark marks but I can't stand texture*
This is a little different but with my migraines I often day dream about drilling a small hole in the back of my head to relieve the pressure.
@@stuffwelike7184 I’ve thought the same thing from the headaches and neck aches I get from eating milk products. I’m like, I know this would all go away if I could just stick a huge needle in it. I’ve often told my husband it feels like my head is filled with helium that needs to get out!
My skin will get super oily and break out if I don't use Clean and Clear acne advantage everyday. It has to be the Acne advantage nothing else works for my skin. I too am a firm believer in popping pimples as well. It can start to heal until you get the root out.

Are you insane? This is Vietnam. Not Beverly Hills. Aftercare is constant, as long as they have the money. Once this is done, they clean their skin really well and put them under a red light. They know what they are doing; almost every human in this area is exposed to Agent Orange.

In my experience,, if there is redness and inflammation.. then there is still something in the pore...especially if there is a pore that looks like it's been popped and it's red around it
The redness and inflammation will take time to go, days, even with topical anti inflammatory treatment, if bad more ,so no ,it can't be said that it indicates that there is still anything that could be extracted at this stage. When the inflammation is less, further extraction can take place if necessary. I wonder if you understand that inflammation is the body's attempt to repair tissue/skin with an increased blood supply : red cells increasing the oxygen (needed for skin cells to replicate),white cells fighting any infection/breaking down damaged skin . It's a vital part of how our looks after it's self,in this case triggered by the hair follicles being so badly blocked by sebum/keratin, it doesn't always indicate infection in skin
I don't think it would have been wise to continue squeezing the red and inflamed area, especially if it is painful. My mother did, and although I don't have scars, it flaming hurt.

I've asked this question many times & I don't remember if I've ever gotten an answer: When there's clearly so many to take care of more; why do you being with the tiniest 1's anyone can barely see?

Because the big ones are inflamed and/or infected, full of purulent material and they usually bleed a lot. They make things messy, so doing them first would make extracting the others more difficult than it has to be, and the procedure would just generally take longer since the worker would spend the majority of the appointment sopping up blood (for which CZcams has a disclaimer - this is why they have to pan the camera away when there's blood. If there's too much blood, the videos get flagged and removed) rather than extracting acne. Leaving the juicy ones for last keeps everything cleaner and more organized for the person doing the extractions.
I only started watching a couple of weeks ago. It seems that They follows a pattern which isolates the big ones and controls the bleeding.

You know, I have seen numerous aestheticians peel back the scabs and remove the debris from inside the skin. It quite a common procedure.

@@naowright9308 I just watched a video of Josepha Reina and I would not subscribe to her channel. She tears the upper layer of the skin to squeeze the contents of the pore leaving a cut that has to heal. Most of the time the pressure she uses for squeezing is really hard which makes the cut useless . Thuy pokes the pore and then as gently as possible squeezes out the contents. That little poke will not damage the skin like a cut does.
I'm not ripping my eyes out, but it shows you how unclean these people are. 🤮🤮🤮🤮👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Totally agree. The extraction technician is excellent. She has a light touch with her razor minimizing bleeding, extracts cleanly without leaving holes half-done, cleans the face as she works and isn’t talkative. I would like to see more of her work. I really don’t like watching severe acne vulgaris which shouldn’t be treated with extraction. It leaves a bloody mess and scars on the face.
She actually will carry on a conversation to distract a client if they're in pain or discomfort (it's a distraction technique).

I love seeing a good old "no holds barred" non-stop pimple popping fest. 😁 But I also appreciate Thuy's ability to change up tactics when needed. If she's gentle with clients like this one, they're more likely to come back for follow-up treatment. Which is a win for everyone. 😊🥰

I can’t watch her video’s anymore. She’ll pass up big whiteheads and cysts that clearly need extracting for some blackheads that provide that pore plug for the gloves. I just don’t get why.
Big whiteheads and cysts can be incredibly tricky to extract if they are filled with pus. They often can’t get everything out making it at risk to be infected which hurts the skin more.
I agree. There are tiny plugs she wastes time on filming. The obvious ones are skipped over and many are not emptied fully.
In some of her videos she says that she does the small ones first because the big ones will pop and bleed covering up a lot of the small ones. I speak vietnamese and she’s said this in a few and I’m assuming the videos just cut off before she gets to them
I just wish she would prewash the face on all of the clients. Its frustrating to see them so oily and no grip with the extraction. I feel like with a better grasp of the area would be better than continue probing with the needle.

It seems like since some say she doesn't do the obvious ones that a inflamed and infected because of the blood and surely she sees some of the negative comments about them that instead of videoing a client who appears to have more infection and inflammation than usual (as with this client) she would video someone eles until that was cleaned up and healed.

It's OK to admit you don't understand why they do the extractions in the order they do. Next time skip the rudeness and just ask.
They move around to allow the area to rest and save the patient some discomfort. Then they rotate back until the treatment is over and all areas r cleared before they move on to the next phase of treatment.

To me, it seems like the person with the little pimple liberator "saves" the bigger pimples until the end...like a reward for watching until the end.

I have watched a few of these and wonder if the videos get demonetized if there is too much blood, so they don’t squeeze the large ones well as blood would become visible.
Attaching the smaller hidden acne results in the smaller ones not becoming cystic acne. This client has a lot of hidden acne. Attacking the larger ones (cystic acne) requires a different kind of removal and produces a lot of blood which CZcams discourages.
Sometimes I end up reading the comments instead of watching because they can be more entertaining!!

Good thing emptying the pore isn’t always necessary, as shown through some of the client series she’s done, like hung. The girl also said she’s using a topical treatment from a doctor so I’m sure that plays a factor in how thoroughly one would have to squeeze. I know you guys are trauma-holics, but this is someone’s face. With that said, I’d gladly film my extracting your face if you’re willing to put up with the pain. Let me know if you’re interested. I’ll grow my nails out

Do they use numbing cream on the skin before doing this? Some of the worst cases look so sore even before the needle & squeezing starts.

they’ll clean her up after. they prep her skin, perform (and film) the extractions, then clean her skin & add any remaining serums or moisturizers
She will get all cleaned up, they don't video everything.

Off subject slightly...why is the blood not shown? If we can look at all of what is removed, then blood shouldn't be a problem. Am I wrong? Just frustrated that for seconds I'm staring at a neck, towel, shoulder ...etc and not at the whole extraction. Any thoughts?
