About why she didn't pop the "red juicy pimple" and how that's her way of "making business":
She didn't ignore it. She informed him that it was inflamed and that she recommended him to get it popped, but he was afraid it would hurt so he never gave her permission to work on it even when she asked him multiple times.
There are too many people criticizing her for something she cannot control, and yes, language barrier is a thing but there's more comments criticizing her than there are of those asking for context and explanation.
Thank you for this information! I hate when people make assumptions about her intentions or call Thuy “lazy” for not popping a particular pimple.

Friendly reminder that whiteheads/blackheads don't have sacs or cyst walls.
Also, you can hear the guy's laboured breathing when she squeezes on some sensitive areas - his pain tolerance is more important than making it bleed til the very end or giving him facial bruising.
Thank you! You can tell who actually knows about basic dermatology and who has watched so much Dr. Pimple Popper, they act like experts, yet they think pimples have sacs. The patient is more important than some video, and if the patient is in a lot of pain, it's best to move to another area and return later, or even save a zone for a follow-up after the patient has been on medication and swelling goes down. Thuy is amazing at keeping the patient as the main focus, not as one person said, that she should clear the face in a grid and not move on until every pimple in that zone is cleared. How painful and uncaring! The best medical professionals are empathetic above all else.

blackheads usually dont have much more than the hard part, because they have been there so long. thuy usually does good at getting all of the white head. and the big inflamed ones need drained completely, or they will just stay infected and refill.

Anyone that has watched Thuy’s videos knows she does not leave anything left that is squeezable in the pore unless she has a client who can not handle the pain. Us viewers are watching through a camera that is very magnified so I little piece of skin looks like something is left. Also the tail can not be squeezed out and is removed in the next step. It would be nice for ALL of us if people would just educate themselves before complaining in the comment section. I do not know how Thuy can handle all the negativity that is thrown her way every day. It’s like being in school with a bunch of bullies. There is a old saying, if you don’t have anything nice to say then don’t say anything at all. More of us should practice it. There are other channels that explain the process. If you click on the down arrow up above the comment section you sometimes will find useful information. Also there are technicians that explain as they go.

Yes Id like to see the complete transformation but yet to see a week two and so on. There’s one channel I had to turn off the poor guy had one of the worst skin infections I’ve ever seen and the operator was so rough. Tearing the skin more and wiping off the blood so hard it had to be very painful. He was a bloody mess.

This would have been a terrific video except for 2 things, at times the camera was making me feel seasick & the other issue was that almost all of these pops could have stood for a second squeeze. Don't know why that isn't routinely done, would make so many of us happy perhaps even thrilled.
Firstly, squeezing hurts and most of the time the remaining contents come out with the post extraction treatments. Secondly, you can’t get seasick watching these videos!
Most of the time its a pain issue. The best in that scenario is to just get the worst out so as not to get a big inflamatory scaring nodual.
This is easily my new favorite ASMR video. The only thing stopping this from being perfect are the number of tails you left in some of the pores !!!

Apparently this has to be said; you know the saying “you aren’t immune to propoganda”? Well, that applies here, too. You here stories of Karens finding medical advice on the internet, and then thinking they are smarter than their doctors; WATCHING A COUPLE VIDEOS OF PEOPLE DOING THIS DOESNT MAKE YOU AN EXPERT ON THE SUBJECT. This is a trained medical professional performing a treatment; SHE KNOWS WHAT IS BEST. Instead of saying, “wow she’s doing a terrible job”, ask “why is she leaving so much residue?”. Maybe this patient is sensitive. Maybe they have some health condition. Maybe there’s the fact that is only 1 out of 7 of the steps in her treatment plan for this visit alone.
You are not immune to propoganda, you are not immune to the same effects that apply to everyone else. Neither am I. Step 1 is recognizing that and getting off your high horse

Leaving sebum would have nothing to do with the client being sensitive. If you are going to extract a comedone, you should extract it completely.
Why do you let up on the pimple as soon as some of the pus starts to show? It makes some of the stuff stay in the pimple or leaves some of the sac or tail showing.
It's maddening, isn't it? It's like she has no idea what she's doing. She leaves the sac in about half of these.

@@concepcionalvarezsanchez2677 - Yes, we see blood from some of them. Some acne (not all) do tend to bleed. It's part of the process. Also, often it's a combination of blood, pus, and bits of sebum that needs to come out.
I enjoy watching these videos but it bothers me that they move on so fast without completely cleaning the pores completely. On some you can see stuff hanging out that doesn't get squeezed out.
I agree the pores should be cleaned completely or it results in future problems. They really need to clean them out. The purpose is to help eliminate the acne not make future issues. Other than that I really like the videos. It just not cleaning them pores out drive me insane. Lol
I think the reason they don't clean out the pores total is so the person who is being treated has to go back and spend more money

If you go to some of the other channels and click on the down button above the comment section you can learn how the process works also some channels explain as they go. Also she is human! I am suffering from type II dieabetes, Parkinson’s, fibroymyalgia and arthritis, especially the knees which i had surgery on the right this past Wednesday. @@patriciac.dehart4322 I hope you do, as well. I had knee surgery in March, broke my kneecap and dislocated all of the tendons in that area. Was a very painful accident and slow recovery, but great now! Hope yours is getting better. Merry Christmas! 🎄
This brings my anxiety down
When I was 16, I could wash my face with old style soap and an abrasive rag and get it perfectly clean and in two hours my face would be oily. I brought soap to school so that i could wash my face between classes.

Also some of "white stuff" you see is actually skin not pus. But totally agree with you there.
The only thing I worry about there is that it is now a very tiny open wound, which has debris left over. This often causes an infection and develops into a zit/ pimple, which is even more of a pain to take care of. Sometimes, it can even result in a more serious infection, so you really have to be careful with these things.
