By not completely empting the pores once opened is what caused this awful painful mess. Been there and I can tell you once it's inflamed and or infected just a light touch is excruciating painful.

Looks so painful, must be hard to look in the mirror each morning.That will become a very long treatment for him, hope,she can help him.
@@teresafincher3413 The red raised pustules must be drained. They cannot be opened and left.The base and the pore itself is filled with staff bacteria. Once you open it and do not drain it, it spreads both beneath and on the surface of the skin cause the infection to increase badly. That is basically how the inflamed areas got that way in the first place. It probably does hurt. It certainly hurts prior to draining because its sensitive to even light touch. Once you drain out the pus, the pressure on the nerve is relieved and its much much less painful. The relief is almost immediate. When its drained properly, the red inflammation is reduced immediately and the skin tone looks much more normal, but not quite. If you drain it properly it will heal at least 3 or 4 times faster than if you do what these people are doing, which is removing only a portion of the pus and infected blood.

I think this terrible skin condition must be painful to live with every day. It seems that they should have some kind of numbing lotion that they could put on the skin before starting the procedure. There is such a cream used for tattooing.

I've seen before and after and it works a lot! But I've never tried such a treatment, my acne problem is small anyway. I also don't think that I can find such treatment in my country

Exactly. That's why she should have properly cleaned those that were infected and inflamed. The pores opened and not completely emptied is why he had such a mess on his skin and I have been there a pore opened and not emptied is excruciatingly painful just to a light touch and will remain so until emptied.

I like how she has been slowing down to show us the larger/interesting ones on her blade or the piece of gauze. However, I feel for this client. I had to turn the volume down because it pains me to hear the discomfort. This must be so overwhelming for him to look in the mirror everyday, bless his heart. He is in the right place! I felt he was doing a really good job dealing with his discomfort too. Like his face was so red that I felt he should be reacting more than he was. Dude was a trooper.
What we saw here is where the pores had been opened and not cleaned completely. There aren't words to tell anyone how painful this can be when these areas are inflamed and or infected. Once cleaned though it's instant relief and it's never sore.

Painful yes. Excellent no. Those that wasn't emptied are still just as excruciatingly painful and will be so until properly cleaned. Been there. She is capable of professionalism but the last several videos haven't shown that.

This is only one part of the treatment...they are
given a mini-microderm, and red light therapy. Nothing will be left after all that.
I wish they would concentrate more on the ones we can see and not so much on the hidden one.
The big wons are inflamed and painful. Thuy takes care of him in her own way, and not to satisfy us.
Her treatment should be focused on improving his skin, not on satisfying viewers. She had better leave those 'big ones' alone, and the same goes for inflamed areas. But I get your point, it is very satisfying sometimes 😂
I agree that it is satisfying to see the big ones, but for his treatment the hidden ones are just as important.
I really feel for this client. His skin looks very red and inflamed so this must be incredibly painful to go through. Hopefully he will feel so much better with this treatment and all of the hard plugs and puss removed. I take my hat off to him for being so brave. I think I would make a lot more fuss than he is.

You need to clean out every pimple. You can’t scrape off the top and move on. You HAVE to get the capsule which takes patience and time.

These videos used to help my anxiety but it seems nowadays it makes my anxiety worse because she almost never cleans them completely out
She only shows us a minimal view of the treatment process. Trust me, she cleans them out.
Check out Enilsa if watching these kinds of videos helps with anxiety, she has a different method but she’s great

Thing of it is, by not releasing the foot of the acnes, the pain will not get much better. With antibiotics, might quieten some of the tenderness redness.

I think this is tragic as the young man is scarred for life. His treatment requires a dermatologist we all agree but we must remember that Viet Nam is a developing country with constrained medical resources. I’m guessing that outside of Hanoi and Ho Chi Min City, that there are few dermatologists practicing. Visiting an aesthetician might be his only option and that person’s level of training may not be up to US or Canadian or US standards.
This video points out that medical treatment in developing nations is not on par with the first world. Those of us who can avail themselves of First World medical should be thankful. Certainly our hearts and prayers go out to this young man.
In Vietnam, to open this type of Spa, you need a Doctor Certification.

@@jenniferd264 have you seen the setting? It's not some back room nastiness. Also the blade she uses comes out of a steril package and is disposed of afterwards. She wears gloves a mask and protective eyewear. The person is in a steril chair and away from others. He then gets a purification and deep cleansing after the extractions. This is Viet Nam, not some white suburban state. If you don't like it, keep scrolling by. Also she has done before and afters and their faces are amazing. She also advocates for a doctors intervention and medication.

Ive seen other videos posted where I was certain the tools were reused without sterilizing and who knows if the gloves are only washed off and not changed every client. This isnt a sterile procedure anyway. It is a clean one. The scalpel is sterile coming out of the package but as soon as she makes the 1st incision, it is no longer sterile. So you are correct.

This individual needs medical attention for his acne. The inflammation is severe and the attendant is only popping unseen pimples. His real issues are the red blotches.
It dosent help with the unsanitary way they wipe the blood and puss with thier gloves all over the upen sores.
I imagine that they sanitize the skin prior to this treatment but how do these patients recover...loads of scarring?
How do you know he hasn’t received medical attention? Perhaps is being treated by a doctor who suggested this treatment alongside medicine? It is difficult to make conclusions without the full story.
Beside, it is not a wrong way to remove blood and puss as long as you clean the skin properly afterwards.
@@najapetersen8139 It's wrong when you open up the skin for those tiny blackheads and whiteheads and then smear the infected sebum and blood across them. Also popping pimples with a tool that has just been in contact with a bacterial infection. And the gloves are covered with bacteria. Antibacterial treatment afterwards won't make it alright. Bacteria can be incredibly resistant. I just see a lot of those pores becoming infected and compounding this kids problems. Just because this is a developing country, proper hygiene shouldn't be overlooked.

This is only one step in the procedure. They do two cleanings and infrared light therapy etc. They leave with very clean.

job security...so next time they come back she lifts it up and removes it again and again...the use the same needle to poke different hole which causes spreading of infection.

Looks like he's got a staphylococcus burn. His skin is so fiery with erthyema. It'd be nice if he could have oral antibiotics but definitely topical biotic as I understand Thuy often uses.
This client was more than likely referred to Thuy by a dermatologist. And he’s given medication, but he’d only get the medication if he can afford it. Some of them can’t afford the meds, so that’s why they go to Thuy for help/treatment.

@@mrkipling2201 no kickbacks. She works with Dr. THuy who is a general practitioner and also does dermatology. There are other dermatologists who send clients to Thuy and will get her antibiotics for her clients.
