I was literally coming - midviewing - to express my frustration with this!
This isn’t the end of the treatment. The clients get a face cleaning by the staff after Thuy is through. I suspect that take care of the scabs and other issues. Did you ever wonder if the clients left the shop with their faces red and maybe bleeding, etc.? They probably get this soothing treatment after the techs are finished.

That is what irritates me the most, so much that I change to another channel. The viewers watch to see the ones that really bothers the client extracted, not the invisible, micro ones.

Whenever I go to another Spa to watch, I always come back to SDC because thuy is the master of acne removal
I have keratosis pilaris and I have a bad habit of popping the zits on my arm so these kinds of vids help me control myself when I feel the urge to pop the zits on my arms.
I don't know if it will help you ... several years ago I was told by a doctor that I had keratois pilaris and there was nothing she could do ... I had gone to the doctor because it seemed to be spreading ... soon after, I started putting coconut oil on it ... because I thought it looked dry ... cleared it up for me ... just a thought .. have a nice day.

1. She doesn’t know what she’s doing:
I’ve watched wayyyy too many of these. Thuy is great at what she does. Keep reading...
2. She didn’t get it all out:
Watch the Hung series. Often clients are expected to come back for multiple visits, and (like w/the white gushy ones) after popping most of it, when he returned the next week she was able to remove the cyst sac because after the prior treatment it came up to the surface.
3. She didn’t get it all out (part 2):
Remember, we are watching through a camera, at a different angle and zoom than what she sees through her lenses. She is only human after all 🤷🏻♀️
4. Why isn’t she popping the big ones first?!:
Thuy does (what I named) the “shark method” and circles around all the small ones leading up to the biggie. The big ones are messy and THUS make it hard to see the small ones after it swells and gets blood all over. There’s a method to the madness.
5. Why isn’t she popping the big ones first?! (Part 2): the big ones that are already pushing through the surface of the skin are the least of the patients concern. She’s proactively removing the ones that are harder to see UNDER the skin before they become biggies. (I just realized maybe that why they named that brand Proactive?! Lol!)
6. She keeps jumping all over the place: this shit hurts. She tries to give people a moment to recover by going around to other spots.
7. She missed some pimples?!?😡:
she only has so much time to work on each patient. She’s prioritizing which ones need to be focused on the most, which to me shows huge amounts of self restraint. (If it was me, I’d strap em down and not let them leave until EVERY single ONE is out, b/c if us Pimple Poppers are not vaguely OCD, what are we? I would also probably scare the patient away AND traumatize the skin to do that much in one sitting). Last thought, the really bad cases are also using topical creams to help with any that were missed.

It’s good practice to go for the little ones first. When you extract the big ones, the swelling in the skin hides the little ones. That’s why you do the little ones first then on the second pass, you get the big ones.
Remember, you’re only watching 10 or so mins out of a full 1 hr procedure.

There should be a part 2; most of the major blemishes were not cleaned out well enough and will get inflamed again! Why would you bother removing the pus at the top, but ignore the core of the blemish??
The thumbnails for the next videos obscure the good pops at the very end. Saving the good ones for the end means that no one get to see them cuz of the thumbnails. :/
I wish they would say what skin care regimen is advised if followed, if any. So many of these clients seriously need a ten day detox!

I feel this was very well done. She cleared one area before she moved on using a very systematic approach. She moved quickly and carefully clear a large are. She even cleared her glove off. There was very little blood until the end of the video, and the client was left with much clearer skin!

The little ones can feed into the the big ones and become a big super cyst. I can't remember the name, Naomi something, an esthetician, explained it on her channel. Thuy is doing right by her client by getting the small ones first.

@@tigresmom5654 I think they draw the line at lots of blood. There was a camera person that panned away at large droplets of blood so I think it kinda depends on what person it is and then theirs the other point that was also brought up as of how could they see the smaller spots under blood.

I used to think many pores were not empty until I slowed the speed down (25% on my iPad). It gave me an amazing appreciation for just how skilled these girls are! Not only do they prick a very tiny pore very accurately they also empty nearly every pore completely. Try watching it this way and I think you will be a bit less critical.

You guys ruin the video and good pops, by always going around the big ones to get the tiny ones. Focus on the big ones first please. It gets annoying after a while.
The big ones tend to bleed more and doing them first messes with the pressure under the skin for the surrounding ones and can make the little ones harder to pop, it's an order of operations kind of thing
It reduces infection. Stop telling people how to do their jobs.

Peeling is usually a symptom of acne medication. The peeling IS a sign of exfoliation.

i used to have extremely bad cystic acne and always wanted them professionally removed because it hurt too much for me to, (i regret it now ya know the scars) but this is so satisfying to watch it’s like nostalgia
