    ABOUT
    Hicksy is a pro strongman and coach from Morecambe, UK. Winner of Britain’s Strongest Man, in 2019, Graham Hicks is well respected as a strongman athlete and a regular at Europe’s Strongest Man, World’s Strongest Man, the Arnold Strongman Classic and other Giants Live shows.
    He also holds the records as the UKs best powerlifter with 1100kg, and the British Log Press record with 215kg.

    Great to see a fellow New Zealander doing great on the world stage.. he is definitely underrated and look forward to him competing at the next world strongest man competition! He so quiet and humble people don’t take too much notice of him

    Great to see Matt train, and your leg workout. Do you train your glutes with assistance exercises? I'm getting pain and weakness in my glutes and wondered if I need to strengthen them separately. Its only when I squat and deadlift. Thanks

      Great way to fox this is to wear a hip band while you squat it makes rhe glutes work harder

    What supplements do you and how much? I do 5g Creatine every morning, 5g Creatine at night on workout days; & 7.5g BCAAs before & after every workout, then 7.5g BCAAs just once on off days.

    I know most dont want to talk or mention it but this obsession of mass for your comp when does it stop like all you strongman that are clearly not tested i luv watching strongman but your all walking time bombs especially like yourself your phenomenal strong but the mass your carrying at your height and your age you are pushing your luck and i dont care if people disagree the amount your eating and whatever your injecting. You got to think about your health and being there to see your kids grow.
