Pro Tip, Manny and everyone. During preloading inspection, bounce the hulls off a hard surface (steel is best) head first a few degrees off center. The idea is to let the hull slip your fingers just before contact and it should bounce back into your fingers with a sharp sound like a desk toy. If the hull has a loose head or bad base wad it will not bounce back and the sound is a dull thud. Happy shooting Y'all!

It's pretty decent for inexpensive hunting ammo. That is actually zinc plating on that steel head. Nickel plating would really jack up the cost.
