This was in my mind a querry as why I also feel bored while doing Anulom Vilom Pranayam. Well explained here with solution. Will do the practice as told .🌹🙏

Undoubtedly, I have been using your techniques for about a year, and I am still in awe of the positive outcomes.
Particularly pause when breathing, then pause again, then pause again, and then finish the inhale or exhale.
Actually, these are the greatest, but as you noted, they're not boring. I never forget to perform anuloma viloma and naadi shuddhi.

Sir I do anulom vilom but the problem I observe is that I can t do focus on things and feeling sleepy sleepy whole day and feeling there is no excitement in doing any thing and I observe that I am become lazy and delayed the daily targets why it is happening should I stop doing anulom vilom or should continue . Hey. Greetings from England 🙏 what is the practice called when you hold the breath after inhale and exhale with bhanda locks? I got taught that this was nadi shodana and anulom vilom could be practiced with or without retention after inhale. I hope you could clear this up with me as I am very confused, because they teach this way in Sivanda yoga 🙏
