    Guruji, I have a deviated nasal septum so in that case my left side of nasal can’t inhale or exhale same as what the right side or Sun side does.. whereas the right side nasal which is more wider does it it very fast, easily while inhaling and exhaling. Whole of my life I am been breathing through mouth and now when I am doing anulom vilom, I can do it but doing it through left nasal is bit hard as compared through right. Kindly suggest in this wil I always have impatient and anxious mind?

    Does it matter what sign your Moon is in? I have a beautiful Taurus Moon, but my son has it in Gemini. Does it matter where the Moon is? Gemini is not a strong Moon placement and I think it contributes to his lack of attention and short temper. Is it OK to activate more his Moon? Please…advise. 🙏

    Nice video Prashantji. But the video is flipped, L and R sides are exchanged. Please rectify this, because the true left and right sides will give the appropriate action.

    Thank you so much, Prashant ji. One important question…
    These days doctors recommend to stay away from ghee, oil & dairy products because of their side effects… cholesterol, arteries blockages, heart problem, etc., but here you are recommending 3.5 teaspoons of ghee consumption daily. It sounds very scary.
    We are very concerned & confused with this info. Is there any other food that we can have without guilt and fear. Please guide us what to do.
