Thorfinn Workout: Training to Have No Enemies

  • Another little follow-along workout based off of one my new favorite anime protagonists...Thorfinn! This workout is another 21-15-9 circuit that focuses on explosiveness, speed, endurance, and agility in order to take on the likes of Askeladd, Thorkell, and many others.     Make one for season 2 thorfinn!! This has been great, i need season 2, his physique is insane, and its athletic! So calesthenics should be a must have!

      @@ghostofgames11 I can't feel my chest during pushups. I feel that I do everything correctly except that I can't protract and retract my shoulder blades when doing pushups. Do you have a fix or an alternative for this?

      @@ghostofgames11 They happen in any type of pushups: regular, close grip, etc.

      @@RandomName-uu1tw you know I used to have a similar problem and still encounter it sometimes…if you want, you can set up a couple of slightly elevated platforms (maybe like textbooks) to put your hands on so that you get a deeper stretch in the chest when going down and back up, let me know if this helps and there’s some other tips I know too!
