2JZ Tuesday - How to remove 2JZ GTE exhaust manifold (THE EASY WAY!!)

Here it comes the hands down easiest way to remove the 2JZ GTE Exhaust manifold to make way for the single turbo setup or big twin turbo setup!! It may seems easy, but when u try to open it then u know it is quite tedious with the twin turbo disturbing your work.
