    I would do the same thing and keep the stock upgraded twins but have the sequential system fully checked and worked on so it was reliable like factory new.

    How many hours for removal and then installing?

      It took about 16 hours my first time around now I can do it in a day. It’s much faster with a lift just because of all the up and down to access different nuts and bolts. The biggest recommendation is soak everything in pb blaster to make sure it’s not seized on there

    You didn't replace the cooper ring gaskets on the exhaust manifolds. 2 of them. ask me how i know. all good after that. Basically you have to remove everything again..

      I did just forgot to mention it i guess, yeah you def can’t reuse the old ones since they crush once you tighten everything

    I know it’s been a while, but what company did you go to for the upgraded stock twins?

      I ended up using
      bnrsupercars.com they are extremely helpful and did a great job on mine. Just make sure to select the right on for yours whether it’s usdm or jdm they do both

    I just split the front turbo and now i see this video haha, idk how u reached all the manifold nuts?

    • @mabuildsofficial
      @mabuildsofficial  Před 2 lety

      I was able to get a ratchet wrench in there and that did the trick I just used another wrench for leverage to get them cracked then just loosened them with the ratchet wrench..it was slow going for sure!

      @@mabuildsofficial i have 1 nut left for the turbo closest to the front and 2 for the tear turbo, the positionsing for the nuts are 1 under the front turbos exhaust side and 2 that are closest to the front turbos nut, i cant reach them at all, any tips?😂

    • @mabuildsofficial
      @mabuildsofficial  Před 2 lety

      @ericda carguy
      You should be able to reach all of them from underneath use a regular wrench but use the back end of it the round part and with a second wrench on there for leverage you should be able to loosen them..be sure to use penetrating oil as these things get Rusted on there. What I ended you doing was using the back of the jack handle on the wrench and hit it with a happier to losen it. Your gonna have to get creative 😂…the quick jacks make it much easier since the car is up higher. Also make sure you remove the collector and exhaust bypass valve from underneath that will get you the room you need
