I think the "whoa" is a technic she uses a lot of times. it's a kind of saving and slaying the run ending with a resonant belt. her voice is always clear out there. that's a vocalist.

Memoirs is actually a good album.. I really love it. And I think I could say that this era was when Mariah’s vocals were one of the most powerful of the 00s actually. If you compare E=MC2, TEOM, and Charmbracelet to Memoirs era you can notice how Mariah’s tone on the first 3 eras were much more lighter and in Memoirs her voice became more mature.

Yep what is the correct lyric but its hard to belt clean and resonant in a closed vowel so she does woah, wich is easier to to get a nice more clear note ,
