The tour bocals were amazing but yet the media seems to overlook the good moment and go for the one bad moment. Sad but can't wait to hear the new vocals of the 3rd leg.
Family Of Lambs I think it's partially because this your wasn't in america :(. But my friends in Europe said that a lot of people have been talking about this tour and how good her voice was in it :).
Erma The Flying Bee In general the media overlooks her great performances like after the rocker rockerfeller performance. The media didn't care about the great vocals in Beacon theatre. I don't know if it's just because I live in the Caribbean but I didn't hear anything from the media about those performances. The lambs were the only ones posting her videos.

The media took for granted that she’s a human too. Being one of the vocal trinity and the songbird supreme, the media expects her to sound good all the time. Hence they won’t even bother the good performance and will only focus on her bad time which is so sad

I'm seeing her Dec 14th for her holiday concert, can't wait.
You can tell she was a bit sick. A4, bb4, c#5 was her comfort belting range in Vegas. She struggled a bit but still slayed like the usual.

When people say Mariah improved in 2019 compare that to her voice here with a similar tone (slightly darker) and clearly a lot more ease on the belts. But at least she whistles again now I guess

Mariah Carey is the STRAINING QUEEN! So Hyang of Korea can slay her easily. Mariah is no match to So Hyang
Okay, yes she strains now, but consider:
1. she's a mother of twins
2. she's been in the business for 27 years
3. she has nodules
4. she only ever had a chest dominant mix (explaining why she never belted higher than G5 live)
5. she was never technically trained. she only learned a couple things from her mother rather than in depth vocal lessons.
6. she smoked as a teenager
7. she drinks
8. she has a lot of stress in her life
9. she doesn't get enough sleep
Can you imagine how Sohyang would sound if she had to #4 alone? Mariah had her time in the 90's and early 2000's, please respect that.
