Quick & Easy Teriyaki Salmon with Mango Salsa | with Homemade Maple Teriyaki Sauce

One of my all-time favorite salmon dinner recipes! I’ve made this teriyaki salmon with mango salsa hundreds of times! It’s made with an easy, homemade maple teriyaki sauce and topped with an easy mango and avocado salsa! This seafood dinner is super easy and quick to make, making it perfect for any day of the week!
INGREDIENTS:
2 pounds wild salmon, portioned
For Maple Teriyaki Sauce:
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp sesame seed oil
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp ginger puree
5 to 6 garlic cloves, pressed or very finely minced
For Mango Salsa:
2 medium ripe mangos
1 large avocado
2 medium tomatoes
1 small red onion, or large shallot
small bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
juice from 2 limes
salt , to taste
2 tbsp olive oil

Anyway, I tried salmon in sashimi, sushi, frying (not deep frying) and grilling, but Teriyaki Salmon with Mango Salsa is something I have never seen in Russian cuisine. A crispy texture with a sweet tasting is one of the best fusions of all.💖🐟

Ms. Tatyana has lots of scrumptious recipes with mango in stock. Since I am a vegetarian, why does not she give mango paneer a shot without onions and garlic cloves?😊❤ My Russian friend is all out! He doesn't cook at all! He has his oyster stew alongside vodka bottles and wine goblets I guess! I thought my Russian guy would at least bake some chocolatey cakes for me but he does not even know the basic abcd of cooking!😭

Hi! Sure, you can absolutely bake the salmon, too. I would set the oven to 375F and bake it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
