Pan-Seared Salmon & Mango Salsa!

Learn how to make one of my favorite dishes! Pan-Seared Salmon & Mango Salsa! Going to pair this with some coconut rice as well so it's perfect for summer! It's giving me tropical. It's giving me light. It's giving me GOOD AF! lol
Ingredients: Mango salsa
2 cups mango, medium diced
1/4 cup red onion, small diced
1/4 cup jalapeno, minced
1/2 cup red bell pepper, small diced
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/4 - 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
Coconut Rice:
1 cup jasmine rice
1 cup coconut milk
1 1/2 cup water
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup sweetened shredded coconut flakes
Salmon:
kosher salt
black pepper
garlic powder
onion powder
paprika
