I was born in '81 and have been through the 80's rock era, 90's rock era, and the 2000's nu metal era. I love rock/metal and have been a fan since i was young. I have many favorite bands. Right now if you asked me if i wanted to choose to go see any of those bands live or go see Nightwish live, i think i might have to choose Nightwish right now. I mean damn..this song kicks ass. Not all Nightwish songs are kickass but they have about 12 or 14 songs that i have heard that are heavy as fuck and Floor is like the female Johnathan Davis out there. She is a powerhouse and this band is extremely talented and different from other music we have here in the USA. Nightwish has another new fan here in me.
Nightwish is severely underrated, especially in the U.S.... Here in the U.S. there are Passionate fans, those that only respect them when they see them live and people that have never heard of them. SAD. They should be winning Grammy's but do not get enough recognition.
To be fair, they haven't made a really great album since Tarja left. The recent one with Floor was the best since then, but that's nearly a decade of meh

As of May 24, he did release a solo album in Finland. Also, because the original is in Finnish, he will be re-releasing an English version as well. So no, Marco is a full vocalist in his own right -- and I think that his vocals are just as needed as Floor's. I mean, who else could sing I Want My Tears Back, Ghost River, or Last Ride of the Day with Floor? Lol
He does a great job with his image and the song he sang solo onstage, with Floor joining in again at the very end. Was it the "Mariner?" I forget, "This is the long for gotten light at the end of the world" was one of the lyrics. I think it was from "Dark passion play". He is quite attractive also, once you see his face without the hair covering it up, love the hair too.
This song and everdream were not in the list of my favs songs... now I love them. Without mentioning ghost love score, sahara and the poet and the pendulum with the Floor's live voice. I'm in love with the new Nightwish... for me, the better one.
Frankly, I'd like to hear Tarja's rendition of this song before I state if I prefer Anette, Floor or Tarja's. But that will nevef happen as this song was after she left the band. Love Anette's studio versionof this song too.
No singer of nightwish could cover Marco's voice in thickness before. Floor did it.And they don't have to lover the volume on the vocal parts anymore. LOVE FLOOR!!!
Floor is just sheer perfection. Tarja was great, I didn't think Annette was right for Nightwish, but Floor.... she's very versatile. Nobody can match up to the kind of range she has

She is a powerhouse and this band is extremely talented and different from other music we have here in the USA. Nightwish has another new fan here in me.
That's the NIGHTWISH I've been waiting for.
omg just saw this video for the first time and still have goosebumps!! Floor is such an amazing frontwoman.....
Nightwish is severely underrated, especially in the U.S.... Here in the U.S. there are Passionate fans, those that only respect them when they see them live and people that have never heard of them. SAD. They should be winning Grammy's but do not get enough recognition.
exactly correct.. they get ZERO airplay on the radio in the states.. its a shame
To be fair, they haven't made a really great album since Tarja left.
The recent one with Floor was the best since then, but that's nearly a decade of meh
Yes, they have made some great albums since Tarja left. But, I wish they did play Nightwish on the radio. USA needs some symphonic metal!!
Australia has ONE radio staion that has one metal show once a week..for a couple of hours late on a week night.(lookin" at you JJJ)..otherwise its generally commercial poop....thankfully we have youtube
I agree. I am Texan and a diehard fan. I have discovered a whole world of music outside the U.S. Some of it you cannot even find on Amazon.
Poor Marco is doomed to be forever underrated as a singer because he is always singing next to one of the best ever.
Well he can manage, he has his bass guitar and his great beard so he doesn't have to be sad🤘
He's amazing, even just standing there
As of May 24, he did release a solo album in Finland.

This is an excellent song that rarely gets credit for difficult intervals and harmonies
This woman! Her voice! Her everything!! I love Tarja, I love Annette, but I love this woman more.
Her legs!
she's the complete package
Great, great live performance.
A hell of a performance. Can't stop listening and watching it, again and again and again 🤘🤘
This song and everdream were not in the list of my favs songs... now I love them. Without mentioning ghost love score, sahara and the poet and the pendulum with the Floor's live voice. I'm in love with the new Nightwish... for me, the better one.
Better than tarja? Gtf outta here
The Second level Big yes!!
Of course better than Tarja.
hard not to like anything they do.
Guys, i know Floor is good, but let's show some love for this stunning solo at 2:40
I really love watching him play.
Emppu and his ESP 🎸.........no better sound. The man is rock solid
Floor is a beautiful godess metal singer
I watch this and it continues to be one of the best heavy Rock performances I have ever seen and Damnit im 62 and i have seen a lot of them
I love you Floor!!! You are incredible!!!💯🔥🎸🔥🔥💯🔥💯🔥🤟🤟🤟🤟
Floor is just sheer perfection. Tarja was great, I didn't think Annette was right for Nightwish, but Floor.... she's very versatile. Nobody can match up to the kind of range she has
I just learned about this song and I think this is a hidden gem and recommend all to Listen to this unbelievable song that is becoming my favorite and that’s hard for me say because I just can’t say enough about this band I grew up on Iron Maiden, Judas Priest so on but this group that stands alone as those other bands do and Floor and Marco just so good together, Toumas is a genius
When this is the opening of their set you know you’re in for a good one
My God, what a performance. There are no two better voices together. Miss you, Marko, and wish you well.
Being fairly new to NW, I just keeping listening to different songs.....and every new one goes to the top of the list, until the next new one. LOVE this song.
Same here David. Discovered Nightwish and Floor 11 months ago 👍😊
Love the energy and passion in this live performance, Floor and Marco combining their vocal talents, Tuomas headbanging on the keyboards near the end, and the rest of the band rocking hard.
This is a 100% pure rockmusical. WOW
All I have to say about this performance was perfectly enclosed in the sound Floor expressed at 7:11 - hands down, burning heart, fantastic experience
Floor is so good, she’s rocking all of the songs!!
Massive. So freaking massive. If I was 20 years younger and still into sports competition this would be my pre-game song to bring me into the right mood. THIS IS WHERE HEROES AND COWARDS PART WAYS! Also, the way Floor and Marko compliment each other is amazing. The whole band is amazing in this version. Definitely one of my favorite NW live performances.
My new favorite band. Today is 4/4/19.
This song makes me rock clean off the chair love ya work Marko you rock.great song thanks Nightwish.
