  • This was a on meal a day challenge for 29 days during the fasting month of Ramadan. One of the many benefits of fasting if done correctly is weight loss so i though i would check to see how much weight i could lose by simply fasting and not doing any exercise.     What did your 1 meal look like and what kinda calories did u use coffee or any stims cuz I am sure u were moody with only 1 meal gr8 results
