🔥 Elevate your athletic performance with three powerful journaling habits used by champions like Serena Williams and Michael Phelps! 🚀 Whether you're an aspiring athlete or a seasoned pro, these life-changing habits can reshape your career trajectory.
🌟 Habit 1: Be the Star of Your Own Movie
Discover the secret to conquering challenges by envisioning your athletic journey as a captivating story. Become the hero of your narrative, and use journaling to script your success. Unleash your strategic mindset, build confidence, and embrace the bravery needed for breakthrough performances.
🙏 Habit 2: Gratitude Journaling
Embark on a journey of positivity with the age-old practice of gratitude journaling. Developed by Dr. Robert Emmons, this habit can reduce stress, increase optimism, and ease anxiety. Celebrate your daily wins, acknowledge progress, and build a tangible record of the joy found in the pursuit of your athletic goals.
🔓 Habit 3: Mental Blocks Unblocker
Overcome mental blocks hindering your peak performance with a three-step process. Identify the block, understand the associated emotions, and focus on actionable steps to regain control. Unravel the root causes of challenges and pave the way for a positive mindset and improved athletic performance.

i cant even explain how is this youtube channel so underrated and unkown...every athlete needs to watch your vids!
Gratitude journaling is very helpful especially for day to life, there are so many obstacles and bumpy paths in everyone's day and sometimes it is better to just step back and appreciate the good we have done today, the things we have improved on today so that we can do better tomorrow. Very good video 💯
I started journaling back in 2021 and it has helped me so much with the mental side of the game. It’s also very nice to look back on them and seeing how much you improved.
I simply can't thank you enough, I am a student and a college athlete, loving this and I've improved my mental game already.
Can you Do a Video about coaches, shouting at players and then to not Lose your confidence in the game. Also have no fear of doing something wrong.

Hey sam we all love your content but i will be grateful if you post a video on jannik sinner (tennis player) # world no 3 how he started very late and he is a grandslam winner at the age of 22
I'm sure I'll cover him when the time is right 👍
Already saved the video
Nice video and informative video brother. 👍 From Bangladesh.
Appreciate it 🇧🇩🤝
Great content as always! I started Brazilian Jiu Jitsu a little over a year ago, and have competed before. Unfortunately, i seem to subconsciously put people who are similar to my skill level above me and this has been hindering my performance. Do u have any tips to stop seeing people who may be slightly better than me or were better than me as way better athletes than me?
Overcoming the mental challenge of perceiving similar-skilled individuals as superior can be tough. Try shifting your mindset by acknowledging their strengths as opportunities for learning, and remind yourself of the progress you've made in the past year. Celebrate your achievements and concentrate on continuous improvement rather than comparison.
Great football content 👋👋
🤝 thanks
Please make a video on badminton player lin dan
Thanks for the recommendation. Bit too niche for the channel though
My individual skills are at very decent level for my age and at tranings I usually make a lot of mistakes but in maches I often play really well, do you know why?
In training it's often the case you "think" more because you're doing drills/ practicing new skills. This can slow things down/ make your movement a bit more clunky etc. And in games you naturally rely on instinct a bit more
@@SamMartinPeakPerformance ok thank you
how do i journal the first habit im not sure how to start
Use the prompt I listed
Give Your Life To Jesus
Facts
Amen ❤

Whenever I play a match in football in my team I am always so scared to get the ball so whenever I get the ball I always want to pass the ball back to my teammate can you help me with that
Watch my previous videos on playing with fear and also the one on overthinking in sport 👍
@@SamMartinPeakPerformance thank you
Should I do the last one everysingle day?
If you want. Depends on what the mental block is / how deep it is etc
All of these are just general prompts you can completely personalise 👍
