Me being an Arsenal fan, I can see why this guy was getting a bit too excited about Arteta. I think he’s got the potential to be one of the best managers in the league but atm we can’t really say much until we improve.

7:56 the worst counter argument ever. Moyes inherited a club in the relegation zone in the same period arteta inherited his in the top half. Arteta finished 8th last season and West Ham 16th. Half of west hams squad is also different, certainly the starting 11. Clearly a massive improvement for arsenal.

I'm an Arsenal fan, just putting that out there. I agree that Arteta is currently not the third best manager in the league. However, I do see the points the guy was trying to make, I think they're mostly valid, I just don't believe that the conclusion is "therefore Arteta is the third best manager".
I think David Moyes has a worse squad but that they're more suited to what he does. Arteta spoke about having a good mentality, fight, passion, all things this Arsenal squad lacked. He really did walk into a mess, hence the huge clear out in January. We still need Bellerin and Elneny to go as well.
Anyway, third best manager, nope, based on many metrics he's behind Klopp, Pep, José, Moyes, minimum. I'm not convinced about Ole regardless of league position, will need to see how he does next season as well, but currently I suppose you'd say he's behind Ole.
