Football stopped completely in March 2020. Pirlo was appointed August 2020. A month before Serie A started for the 2020/21 season. So Khaled is correct in saying Arteta is the only manager who in their first season had who had to deal with it.

I don’t think the lad gets the understanding that because you love something, doesn’t make it amazing by default. He loves arsenal so much,(no idea why), that he can’t see the woods for the trees
The host is really annoying. He uses these basic debate tactics on people he knows have no skill in debating. He does it by taking a bit of information like arsenal are worse off because of their league position, which of course has a bearing on whether a team is improving but is definitely not the be all, end all by any means. He then takes that and forces the khakis to answer his question which he has determined will win the argument for him. It’s cheap and just low hanging fruit tbh. In terms of entertainment it’s good but he (the host) essentially, is just full of it.
Also Chelsea went to a cup final and qualified for CL automatically. So by his judgment if Chelsea fail to reach a final but also qualify for CL then they have regressed from last season. Especially with the investment they had over last summer.

Tuchel is playing pragmatic and relatively negative football with 3 at the back , this is a temporary solution , I don’t think Chelsea expect this formation to stay the same for next season . The depth Chelsea have in the squad is also relatively unparalleled in the league . Kante , Rudiger and Giroud are not bad players they just did not fit the agenda of Mr Brexit FC .
