    I didn’t have the Morpheus 8 but I did have Secret RF and it did nothing. Since that time I got myself a Dr. Pen and I microneedle at home at a depth of 1 mm above my eyes and 1.5 below and I am delighted at how effective it is. I watched several hours of training videos for aestheticians on CZcams, and I’m highly attentive to sterile practices. Seeing all these comments about people disappointed with the results from Morpheus 8 convinces me that my $130 investment in my Dr. Pen was a good idea. Thank you for engaging with your viewers so well and have a wonderful time in Hawaii.

    I’m so glad that you posted this and keep it real. I was very nervous to get Morpheus8 for my acne scars because I’m afraid of fat loss on my face. My doctor recommended it because he’s used it a lot on my darker skin tone. I do regret it a little because he did go 3mm on my cheeks even though I said my concern of fat loss. I’m afraid in a year I’ll look older. I did gasp at the laser cost so that did also influence my choice to do Morpheus8 but sound like it would be worth the money to do a laser instead - the ultra clear I’ve read is safe for my olive skin

      I'm 74, have kept up with procedures over the years, no surgery in 25 yrs, just maintenance procedures as I think you look silly trying to keep up with the aging of the the body, but simple procedures helped keep me fresh and Morpheus is one I've been doing just for the jawline for 3 yrs and I luv it. Otherwise, I keep diet clean clean clean, bodybuild, rock climb, sky dive, yoga, biking for HIIT as well as longer rides for endurance and keeping that blood flow going will also help the skin look fresh. I never went up and down in weight so I believe it helped my skin from the wrinkles and crinkles, but mid 70's kinda stink as that's when it starts going down hill but heck, I'm healthy, what more really can a girl ask for.

    Although I’m not advocating for self-servicing in terms of micro-needling, I’ve been doing my own face and neck at home for about 3+ years now (quarantine times). I LOVE the results in terms of the texture of my skin, along with diminished fine lines. My skin is noticeably firmer and more plump. I also use anti-aging and restorative skincare products, including .05 Trentinoin and Snoxin II. Perhaps derma-rolling/micro needling allows for better penetration of products. There is no heat involved, and being mindful of sterility is essential.
    I’m also more religious with my sunscreen. I’m 50.

My question is how painful is EllaCore? I could never try to do anything awake if as painful and aware minded as Morpheus, I believe people need to be out for that amount of pain (I have had Botox and I’ve had PRP and micro needling under my eyes w/o numbing). Is EllaCore this painful? Can you be put under if that painful?

    I’m 50 and have been getting regular Vbeam and IPL treatments for YEARS. Big fan! I tried Clear&Brilliant but didn’t see much difference after the 3 sessions. Morpheus has been offered to me more times than I can count, but same as Ultherapy, I don’t typically line up to pay lots of money for a treatment that COULD give results in SOME patients. No thank you. Ellacor seems like one of the treatments that most, if not all, patients would see results. Seems impossible not to! It’s top of my list once the lower face laxity starts catching up with all of my preventive treatments, products and devices. I have 2 questions: one, can it help with the smokers/bar code lines around the mouth? And two, what are you thoughts on BBL (broadband light not butt😆) for hyperpigmentation? I’ve seen some great results online but have never been to a derm that has the machine. I’d love your thoughts!

      @DrStefaniKappel  Před rokem +3

      Hi!! Ellacor is one of only few treatments for smokers lines around the mouth and its incredible for that indication!!! I'm not a big IPL fan because its not truly a laser and can often worsen hyperpigmentation. Vbeam, Fraxel, Pico, etc are much more specific, elegant and targeted therapies. xx

    I am in my 50s. No huge issues, a little laxity and some wrinkles. I had 3 sessions of Morpheous8 in the past 4 months.Despite numbing cream, I found the procedure painful, especially the second and third sessions. RN states she used the same settings and somehow during the 2nd and 3rd sessions it felt as the nerves were supersensitive. She said that this happens often but had no explanation why this phenomenon occurs. I honestly see no difference at all. In addition, nobody around me noted my skin of face looking "better" either. I follow her too, I saw her video and the pigment was noticeable and significant. So when you say ELLACOR doesn’t leave pigmentation cause it’s a mechanical procedure amd not heated is not true. She indeed had pigmentation you had to treat. And that means more time and more money. He’s I agree ☝️! I did Morpheus 2 times and the results where great for 3 months and then my skin went back to normal. I thought it was quite expensive but specially very VERY PAINFUL 😣.
