For us in germany the only 2 messurements accepted are speeding cameras wich will get you by mail about a month after it happen.
2nd would be an unmarked car that flims you has to follow you and get atleast to recordding by laser and GPS and then they have to drop it by 7-9 kph and then take the lowest speed they got you doing over for atleast 10--15s
i paced you with my cruse controll is about the worst mesurement system i have ever heard of ... as speedos in cars differs highly.
i have drivin quite a few cars and the Speedo to GPS can differ alot, The Ford i own (ST220) speedo does tell quite a few tails ones go fast.
as the Autobahn has unlimited section the fastest i ever did was ~265-270kph speedo indicated but the GPS was at 255kph while in my Camaro SS the Speedo said 252kph the GPS said 256kph. so long stroy short ... messure someones speed by "matching" him is unreliable as fuck

They are sent off. They have to get recalibrated and lenses/ lasers changed out and tested.
He isn't making that up. They do periodically send the radar guns back to the manufacturer for re-calibration.

this does not apply for every case shown in this video, cause not in every single of them another vehicle is present.
They do have a point about pacing. If a cop speeds up to catch up to you he is going to "pace" you at whatever speed he had to get up to to catch up, not necessarily what speed you are doing.

If you want to beat a speeding ticket, the first thing you do that will decide if its even worth going to court for it is to say you weren't speeding. even if you were going 40 over the limit, you always say "I was not speeding officer". Good lawyers can shred ticket citations as easily is putting it into a shredder. They'll see if the radar was properly maintained, when it was last maintained, what other cases the same cop lost in court over a speeding ticket and check to see if the radar was at fault somehow. They would also argue the scientific bases of radar and laser systems and make a point that it isn't a reliable tech tool to measure someone's speed. There is a lot of moves that can get you out of a ticket and these guys seem to have one great lawyer for their speeding issues, its obvious with all the tactics they did with the cops. They were even able to get out with only a warning with a few encounters which is insane by itself.
The last cop is totally irritated with his life that's y he is so pissed on lambo drivers.

And tbh, cops shooting radar usually don’t pull you over if you’re going a bit over the speed limit IF you’re on the highway. And during the rare occasions when they actually do shoot radar, it’s almost always on roads where there’s heavy traffic or during rush hour, when it’s more dangerous to speed.
