Oooooh! A new one! I’ve been working out with y’all for almost 3 years now. Down 67 pounds and I’ve built 15 pounds of muscle. I’m 38 and I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been in! I love the new background y’all have too!
Congratulations! A beginner in strength here. Been using 5 kg dumbbells for over a month now not able to overload due to back issues.
What workouts do you do each day? Can you please tell me and advice which one worked for you?
@@b.3824 so I have honestly just been using @hasfit in my workouts. I typically do the full body strength training (40-60 mins) with heavier weights a couple times a week, I started with 5lb, and move up as I notice I’m easily getting through the routines. One day a week however, I do a HIIT tabata workout with dumbbells, but ALWAYS low weight on those due to the intensity, there’s no reason to use heavy weights. It took time to create the habit of working out at least 3 times a week, and I find that working out naturally makes me want to eat healthier. But staying on top of it, and making yourself workout on the days you don’t want to WILL get you in shape. As I’ve heard coach say, once you get to those final 2-3 reps your muscles should be hurting (in that good way) bc that shows the weight is in the range you need to be in. If you didn’t feel it at all, it’s too light, if you can’t keep proper form or make it through the set, it’s too heavy and you need to drop weight.

It has been 2 years to this month I've been using HASfit and I'm finally graduating to the 40 minute exercises-I've been improving my strength along the way and I'm always being challenged!
Whatever my day brings, I never regret completing a HASfit workout. Celebration my third year anniversary this year as a HASfit tribe member!

I'm not a trainer at all but I'd definitely use the opportunity to gently activate your core... but if it feels wrong or is distracting you from the triceps then don't worry about it too much. Again, I'm no expert so it's just an opinion 😅
Just wanna say thanks for these workout videos, it's probably around 3 years already since I started incorporating some of these workouts (and now started gym regularly instead). Been down 23 kg or so since then and now at a healthy weight. When walking around now usually my friends would get tired first before I am :). Still looking to increase my strength though! I fell in love with strength training and weightlifting. When looking back on it the talks you guys did during workouts and a bit of quotes at the end of workout, they feels like a pat on the back at that time. Thank you
Amazing! At the end during the stretching, the side lying quad stretch, I remembered one from the past that you taught us was it called the page turner? I did several of those while down there. Amazing! This is going in my regular rotation! And I agree ! Claudia looks amazing!
2nd exercise from your channel I followed through, the first one is for the beginners...
The results? I can't follow almost all the movement for this one.
But I be damn sure to stick around until I get to.
