There’s a shock in the borderlands where Stork pack roam. They’ve lost a puppy and the alpha male has turned up injured. This could put the tiny pack’s odds of survival in jeopardy. As the dry season heats up, vultures, elephants, baboons, and hyenas make for noisy neighbours for the Manzi pack. The Manzi pups are growing and their tussles get more meaningful as they sort out their place in the pack hierarchy. When the Kakuli pack goes missing, Julz takes to the skies to locate them and get some answers.
