The fact that we get free documentaries on CZcams by National Geographic is truly a gift; keeping the education & knowledge alive 👏👏👏
Incredible footage but can we take a moment to appreciate the INCREDIBLE technology/microphone quality? Such a treat to hear so clearly the animals moving around
Its foley
My parents moved us to Oakhurst when I was 9. Yosemite was my backyard until age 27, then I moved to the Pacific Northwest! Yosemite is as beautiful as I remember :)
i am looking to marry someone from usa
u have really bueatiful wild and country like my country
Awesome x❤ thankful for being able to seeing all these.inge
yah
I lived at the end of Old Mill Rd. off East Westfall for 6 years and loved it! I tell people that if you want to know how an ant feels go to Yosemite Valley and look up.
My grandparents had a horse ranch in shaver lake CA and I went to the park every summer. Such a beautiful place to grow up at. I miss living there but I live in Washington state now and love mother nature.
That little bison is a hero! What a story!!!
I went to Yosemite for the first time a couple years ago. I've been to a ton of national parks (and many places that should be) so I went in kind of thinking "oh, it's so popular but I hope it lives up to the hype". I had seen all of the iconic photos but I wasn't prepared. Coming out of the tunnel I was overwhelmed with emotion. It's rare that I'm that stunned by a landscape. It almost looks fake. Not a single photo or video does it justice. I'd urge any first time visitors to come in from the south on Wawona Road if it fits in your plans, so that your first view of the valley is from the tunnel.
I had a similar experience my first time. I didn’t expect waterfalls. I just pictured it being mainly about the rocks and half dome. I was floored as I entered the park and saw bridal vail falls. It was late winter/early spring, so there was a lot of snow melt making the waterfalls swollen, and the high country was covered in snow. It snowed the next day, but the lack of tourists made it so special.
Right down the road...Sequoia Park is only 35 miles away.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Loved this episode. I don't know how the videographers/documentarist can watch the baby calf being washed away then all alone. It's hard to watch nature, so raw, beautiful and violent all at once.
This video is so immersive! The sounds of nature combined with the stunning visuals transport me to another world.
A must go to on your travel bucket list
I was thinking the same I want to see those trees
@@thirdeyesight4543they post so many places I want to explore

Growing up we would watch mutual of Omaha's wild Kingdom with Marlin Perkins and Stan brock. That was absolutely the most wonderful stuff ever. My my how times have changed.
Yes - that was a fabulous series!
I love those beautiful landscapes 💚
Agreed! ❤
So excited as a photographer, heading out there & Tetons June 1st.
Beautiful place. What we are not seeing are the crowds and the often gridlocked roads.
Best time to visit this park (and most national parks) is off season which is after September 10th until third week in May
Agreed about aiming for the offseason. But it's also pretty easy to find solitude in Yosemite, even in the Valley. You just gotta know where to look!
The gridlocked roads are usually caused by overweight and or lazy people not getting out of their cars.
it's a documentary about "wild" yosemite, not gridlocked roads.
Kudos to all the filmmakers!
NatGeo kann es immer noch!
So many images look like AI generated pictures whereas this is reality. The nature is so beautiful!
The Buffalo calf fighting off the wolf. That was awesome 😂
Indeed
He is now a legendary and respectable figure of the herd for years!!😂
I love nature, all my life respect and love all beings thankful for being so helpful and showing at too all of us. Thank you ❤😊 lovely being greatfull to all of you Inge
Narrator voice is very good ❤
At 1.50m: It is best not to be small and delicious in Yosemite😂😂
Indeed, the calf is a fighter!
This episode contains two parts, not only Yosemite. The latter part is Yellowstone.
Yes, I was going to say something. NO bisons or wolves in Yosemite.
I rode my motorcycle to and through the park . Good spiritual place to experience .
The natives who lived here originally must’ve truly believed they lived in heaven. What an incredibly beautiful place.
I visited yellowstone in 2010. The scenery and wildlife are so beautiful. Highly recommended 👌
Misleading title - this covers Yosemite only for the first 47 minutes, then moves on to Yellowstone.
You say only like it's a minor section, that's literally half the entire video presentation lol.
Um
Please display this fantastic content in 4K for us! Thanks!
Breathe taking Beautiful first one ❤
I never expected the bison baby would survive!
Big big thanks for sharing! ❤ You are highly contributing to my educational sophistication.👍
Great soundtracks, particularly the Yellowstone one

Wilflife refuge in OK was gorgeous back in the 70's
Those cliff swallows are LOUD! Imagine living in an apartment complex where your neighbors are constantly yelling at each other.

It's a magnificent place. Mazlum Kiper should have done the voice 💜
34:14 "Generally a male will have a harem of two or three females and everyone is on the lookout for trouble". Every man's dream life.

About 1 hour into the video and they are talking about the Bisons, Grizzly's and cougars in Yellowstone!
이 장면들은 당장 자연을 경험하고 싶게 만들어요!

I feel sorry for that deer, I hope it's safe
Why do they add the chewing noises 😮
More!
Beautiful place ! :)
Too many ads, this is ridiculous.
It's pretty much unwatchable on my phone. I had to switch to my pc with ad blocker.
Love your content tho.

The rocky mountains area to the west coast is an amazing part of the united states.
I wonder what would have happened to Yosemite had the Union lost the civil war?

Have you been to Yosemite ? And Yellowstone ?
Some Bobcats live in Howard county,IA
First time I've heard of thw American Pioneers heading to California as Europeans
Why the heck is the thumbnail for this video an image of bison on a plain???
seriously! This video only talks about Yosemite for the first half, then switches to Yellowstone, hence the bison. Odd.
Exactly. This was why I clicked in the video. I thought, ‘no way there’s bison in Yosemite’
I am pretty certain this thumbnail is Grand Teton National Park lol…
That’s what I look like eating some chicken
Red Dead Redemption... 😂😂
Mi love this I need God animals and nature I want to be here now I need to now 🙏🏽❤️
45:45 female coyote acting unphased glaring in the camera surely has an OF on the side
wow
Yosemite is from America
Good cinematography but omg the sound effects! The ASMR of someone squeezing a bowl of wet spaghetti for almost every scene is way below Nat Geo standard. 🙄
There had to be a predator larger than the coyote in Yosemite at some point bc of the deer population 🤔
Native Americans live there, until they were kicked out.

Buffalo in yosemite?
The movie is beautiful but the narrating is useless. It's actually bothering to enjoy the animals communication and this silence in between that allows to hear the nature. So perhaps more movies like that without voices could be awesome 😎
music ruins it
You go tell national geographic that......
i am looking to marry someone from usa
I guess why not look here 😂

Can you please stop using the word 'discovered ' when it comes to anything in America!!
There was people living in every part of this country, for thousands of years.
Columbus made a wrong turn, that led to the deaths of 70million natives.
Let's get history right for once. Stop twisting it
horrible narration
