Hadith 5: Religious innovation البدعة
Aisha reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said:
مَنْ أَحْدَثَ فِي أَمْرِنَا هَذَا مَا لَيْسَ فِيهِ فَهُوَ رَدٌّ
Whoever innovates into this matter of ours that which does not belong to it, it will be rejected.
Source: Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 2697, Grade: Muttafaqun Alayhi
In another narration, the Prophet said:
مَنْ عَمِلَ عَمَلًا لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ أَمْرُنَا فَهُوَ رَدٌّ
Whoever performs a deed that is not in accordance with our matter will have it rejected.
Source: Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 1718, Grade: Sahih

The Messenger (ﷺ) said:
If one of you finishes from the last Tashahud ,
then he should seek refuge with Allah
from four things : he says:
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ
مِنْ عَذَابِ القَبْر،
وَمِنْ عَذَابِ جَهَنَّمَ،
وَمِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَحْيَا وَالْمَمَاتِ،
وَمِنْ شَرِّ فِتْنَةِ الْمَسيحِ الدَّجَّالِ
Allaahumma ‘innee a’oothu bika
min adhaabil-qabr,
wa min ‘adhaabi Jahannam,
wa min fitnatil-Mahyaa wal Mamaat,
wa min sharri Fitnatil-Maseehid-Dajjal
O Allah, I take refuge in You
From the punishment of the grave,
And from the torment of the Fire,
And from the trials and tribulations
of life and death
And from the evil affliction of
Al-Maseeh Ad-Dajjal

Shaddad bin Aus narrates:
The Prophet ﷺ, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said:
“The most superior way of asking for forgiveness from Allah is:
اللّٰهُمَّ أَنْتَ رَبِّي،
لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ،
خَلَقْتَنِيْ وَأَنَا عَبْدُكَ،
وَأَنَا عَلَى عَهْدِكَ وَوَعْدِكَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُ،
أَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا صَنَعْتُ،
أَبُوءُ لَكَ بِنِعْمَتِكَ عَلَىَّ
وَأَبُوءُ لَكَ بِذَنْبِيْ،
فَاغْفِرْ لِيْ،
فَإِنَّهُ لَا يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوْبَ إِلَّاأَنْتَ
Allahumma anta Rabbi la ilaha illa anta, Khalaqtani wa ana ‘abduka,
wa ana ‘ala ‘ahdika wa wa‘dika mastata‘tu,
a‘udhu bika min sharri ma sana‘tu,
abu-u laka bini‘matika ‘alaiyya,
wa abu‘u laka bidhanbi
faghfirli,
fa-innahu la yaghfirudh-dhunuba illa anta
O Allah,
You are my Lord;
There is no Diety except You.
You created me and I am Your servant.
And I abide by Your oath and promise [that I may honour it] to the best of my ability.
I seek refuge with You from every evil I have committed.
I acknowledge Your favour upon me and I acknowledge my sin,
so forgive me,
for surely there is no one who can forgive sins except You.

2 is Qada', 1+1 is Qadar.
Qada' is the result of Qadar, and Qadar is how the Qada' can happen, the Fitrah of it.
But Allah gave us Free Will to choose our own Qadar, by Dua + Ikhtiar + Fitrah.
But again, Allah already know what we will do in our Qadar, Including our dua, and what the result of it, our Qada'. Because Allah is All-Knowing.
And that's what was written in the Luhul Mahfuz at the Beginning, because Allah is The Most Wise.
That's why you cannot change your Takdeer. Because whatever you do is already written down, Including all of your dua and ikhtiar.
