Wow all those conservation laws to save the environment in Huntington look at all the resources used to move that house, that’s good for the environment, WTH is wrong with town and state govt here?! Leave the guy alone it’s 12’ feet make an exception

As someone who has sometimes had to survey along Vermont town lines that were determined in the 1700's, most land surveyors don't want to touch them with a 10 foot pole...12 foot in this case, I guess.

This is the most asinine example of government inflexibility. There's no reason this guy should have to move the house. There should be common sense exceptions to every rule.
