    The specs and the design look exquisite. I'll be waiting for it to hit the U.S. market.

      We've got a new video coming soon - remember to subscribe to our channel to see it. Also, if there's something in particular you want to see the Pure Advance do, let us know. We think it's a pretty special e-scooter.

    I bought one here in the uk. I wish they made a small pocket inside the body where you can put an apple tag and you can close it with a key.

    Wish they went with 12.5" bike tyres like Taur's scooter. At least Pure hit the market first 💪

    What security system do you recommend to secure the advance? It does not seem easy to tie with a typical U lock (in the Air Pro it is easy because it has a double tube in the center)

      Depending on the size of the U-lock, you can put it through the front wheel. Similarly, across the base of the stem (from just underneath the stem clasp to the underside of the body) would work, but you'd be better with something like this for that: www.electrickicks.com.au/products/electric-scooter-lock

    Not sure you can use the words safer and more fun in the same sentence, but I'm definitely getting one for the wet weather, and using my p1 pro for the casual/sunny weather. It will be perfect for commuting to and from work in rain, I use a adventure scooter atm it only goes about 8 mph, I'm not looking for speed in that weather but a bit more oomph, I find it's slippery at that slow speed with the type of tyres it has. Looking forward to this one becoming part of the set.

      Safety can be fun... We've tested these in the rain and they feel really safe, particularly because of the Pure Control Steering Stabilisation. The IP65 water resistance rating is a huge plus as well.
      Thanks for your comment!

    What’s it’s like to ride without any suspension? Concerns me especially as it’s not cheap

    • @electrickicks
      @electrickicks  Před 10 měsíci +1

      Pure Electric prioritises safety, which is why the whole Pure range has a top speed of 25 kph. At those speeds, you won't really be hitting a lot of bumps with enough force to need suspension, and if you do, the steering stabilisation will keep you steady. Being lightweight e-scooters, we've found them to be smooth & comfortable without suspension.

    Currently you can't legally ride these in public (road or footpath) in NSW?

    • @electrickicks
      @electrickicks  Před 11 měsíci

      Unfortunately that is true - e-scooter laws vary from state to state, but NSW's laws are more restrictive unless you're on private land. That said, NSW is running e-scooter trials and so far, every state that has run these trials has legalised privately-owned e-scooters when the trial ends so watch this space.

    Does it lose power when battery level is like 50%?

      No mate well worth the money ....the only diffrence between the advance plus and the flex is on the flex you can fold it into half thats all your paying the extra for so i would go with the pure advance+ plus the advance goes 31 miles where the flex goes 24 miles...punchers can be an issue so i brought some off road 10x3.0 off road tires and put them on i'm laughing i did have to make some ajustments on the tire side of things linish the sides down so the tire doent rub against the frame work i did yhis to the front the back was'nt a problem fit on nice
