I bought one here in the uk. I wish they made a small pocket inside the body where you can put an apple tag and you can close it with a key.
My 2021 apollo air is dead and wont start or charge. its also got damaged tubes and tires and its not usable. Suspension is shot so its pretty dangerous to ride now. Can i send it in for repair?

@@electrickicks unfortunately due to many delivery issues. I never got the Apollo. It was a horrible experience. Had to have Apollo cancel the order. Ended up with the new Segway F2 Pro. Cheaper also

It's rated IPX5. Unfortunately, we no longer have it in stock. The Pure Air 3 Pro, however, is still available and has a higher IP rating at IP65.

For the people in europe, get a scooter hack app or something and change the 4th character in the serial number of the scooter to N, it then changes the software to the same in the usa and thus making it faster like it was meant to be.

From new the stem folding mechanism needed adjusting because when locked in 'use' position it had some movement, when you brake you could feel that the stem was loose - tested by holding the brake and rocking back and forth, adjusting the bolt in the mechanism slightly resolved that little issue. Awesome machine even when ~100kg rider

My max g2 randomly started going to 35kmh when it was capped at 25kmh. I didn't touch any settings. It stayed like this for an hour now its back at 25kmh. I live in Australia. Anyone know why this happened?
