good line up of bikes, like them all but I think the triumph is the one for me, fantastic video ,thanks motochatter 👍.
An excellent, high quality video featuring some intriguing prospects for bike enthusiasts. Thanks for sharing Motochatter and happy riding all 🏍💖.
Glad you enjoyed it!
A brilliant showcase of Honda and Suzuki middleweight showcase motorbikes.
Great product as always MotoChatter ⭐.
Many thanks!
As a short rider and a kawasaki fan boy since my first bike was a ninja 300, the z650 seems appealing as my next bike
Very informative, interesting and well presented video. Only just found your channel, and I'm glad I did. Subscribed and liked!
Hi ddavexn, thanks you for you comment and for subscribing, glad you like the video and the channel, there will be more middleweight naked bikes coming in the next video, hope you like that one too. Have a great day.
Absolutely FANTASTIC 🎉 COMPARO !!
I want to run to my local dealership right now 🎉 !!!!!
Concise and spot-on information 🎊👍🏻
Line em all up and the triumph trident will outshine em all in looks and sound when u start it, that triple engine is just simply amazing.
I have read a lot of people committing about the style of the new Honda, not this review but others also... I like the style probably because I'm much older 58 but I really like it...old style for an old man...
Good analysis. Now you need to tide them! How do the Honda and Suziki chassis and suspension stack up in the real world? Where do the bikes make their power snd what does that mean for a daily ride or country road? And in a time of adjusting to climate change, what is the fuel usage and carbon emissions, both claimed and real?
Certainly go with Honda Hornet with such price tag
Great video
Do you have the link to the higher performance middleweight nakeds that you referred to in this video?
Hi McCabe Industries, glad you liked the video. The high performance video has been delayed slightly due to illness, I had planned to release it at the same time as this one but it didn't work out like that. However, it will be online very soon and as soon as it is I will drop you the link. Thanks for asking and have a great day.
Thanks heaps. Have a great Christmas. 👍
Hi there, hope you had a good Christmas and New Year, I haven't forgotten about you and here is the link to the video which has just gone live. Unfortunately it was further delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, but here it is czcams.com/video/aOWfC0FvWY4/video.html Thanks for your patience.
The Honda is great value for money, but that styling, pure vanilla. The mt07, cheap thrills, with that great engine, if a slightly flexible chassis and insectoid headlight. That suzuki, tho' bit pricier, but bang up to date. But, perhaps I like round headlights! And a 3cyl engine, got the trident, no complaints, that thing winds up beautifully, the chassis is sublime. Any of these bikes, would be fine machines to have, great range of choices. 👍
I wish they would bring the hornet to the states already I’m tired of waiting
is this just a bigger sv650?
i have a cbr650r on order. i know looks are subjective but to me it looks like a much more expensive bike than the new hornet. i have a trident 660 and enjoy it so much that i'm sure i'll keep it for a long time. it'll be interesting to see how different the two of them are. hoping that the honda will be a lot more comfortable on the highway.
Update?
Because that's a racing bike and not a naked bike
@@dr.science_0177even the naked version, the cb650r looks much better than the hornet
SV 650 definitely should be here. You put the MT and no SV?.. No bike has won more production races than this bike. I have a blue '23 and this bike is brilliant. Not as powerful as my Z. but still a blast to ride and proven reliability.
i dont like the new lights style of yamaha and susuki, prefer honda hornet
The Honda doesnt seem to be available in America.... yet? Bike looks super interesting to me, especially if its under $7k.
Riding bike isn't about pricing of the bike. The difference in price isn't big enough for me to make me like Honda more than Yamaha or Suzuki design wise. Waiting to see that Honda in person though.
You missed out the "new" KTM 790 Duke, but for me it is the Honda, The deposit is already on, just waiting for delivery
Hi Flexywing, congratulations on you new bike, I hope it arrives soon. You can catch the KTM 890 in this video czcams.com/video/aOWfC0FvWY4/video.html which is why the 790 wasn't featured here, enjoy and thanks for watching.
I was wondering the same thing....no mention of the Duke. Just curious why did you choose Honda over the KTM?
Hi Flexywing, thanks for watching and congratulations on the new bike. Decided to focus on the 890 Duke and feature it in another video of more expensive middleweight naked bikes, here is a link to the video czcams.com/video/aOWfC0FvWY4/video.html
@@robertallen6591 Hi Robert Allen, decide to focus on the 890 Duke and if is features in the video I posted after this one of more higher performance middleweight naked bikes, here is a link to the video czcams.com/video/aOWfC0FvWY4/video.html Thanks for watching.
Mmm the z900.
Hi levelessissimo, you can find the Z900 in this video czcams.com/video/aOWfC0FvWY4/video.html enjoy and thanks for watching.
Honda its better , sound I prefer mt 07 and moto looks suzuki 😅
KTM's Duke 790 may also fit this category and it would easily out power any of these in HP and torque. No official price released here in the US but unofficial French and Canadian pricing I've seen are competitive with the others.
Hi Richard Warsinske, thanks for you comment. You are right it would out power then all. The 890 Duke will be in the high performance middleweight naked bikes which will be on here very soon, so you could check that out when it drops. Thanks for watching and have a great day.
@@MotoChatter I'm not sure how the 790/890 models are marketed outside the US but here the 790 is replacing the base 890 to compete in the 650-800 class with an anticipated much lower retail price.
US retail will be $9199 for the KTM Duke 790 so about equal to the Suzuki.
Hi, thanks for the info, the KTM is serious competition for the Suzuki at that price point for sure.
@@silversurfer4326 I think we're talking about different versions of the 790 Duke. In the US the 790 is rated at 105hp and dyno results I've seen on that version and the Hornet show just under 10hp actual difference. Also chassis performance should still heavily favor the KTM. Both the Duke and Hornet should be fun bikes with the Duke being better for Track use and the Hornet a better fit for most of us (IMO). Upcoming head to head comparisons should be interesting!
Honda all the way!!!! This is the bike with the most HP and the cheapest! how can u beat that?
But where is the Suzuki???
You missed the cb650r
Hi hasbeenb4, i considered it, but Honda's new representative seemed like the more fitting option, but the CB has a cooler look for sure. Thanks for watching.
Your forgetting CFMoto and every other motorcycle brand....
Ruff Asia MT wins
West ok pick
