I ordered the Rally today - leaving my Multistrada 4S… Main reason is the 30L Tank and the updates in general. With the 30 L Tank and a fuelsaving driving style I assume the reach at least 500km till I have to refuel again. However, if I want to, there are still the 170 horses to set free- yeehaaa…. 😂Can’t wait until February🤩

I’ve got a 1260 enduro and love it. The rally would have to be pretty good to get me to change.

Great bike, just got a 24 Rally and feel the 200 mm suspension should have been an option instead of standard as bike is too tall for streets and I am 6 foot tall. 8 gallon tank really welcome here as you can go over 300 miles to a full tank, getting around 41 mpg and motor is still breaking in. Bike is big and heavy but once in motion it feels 100 pounds lighter, Ducati magic! Bike cost a fortune - $34,000 OTD in US so I doubt many if any will go serious off roading but nice to know you can. Euro 5 muffler sounds like crap but a slip on will fix that, bags and rear frame weigh almost 40 pounds and come off with 4 screws for hot rodding in canyons with your sportbike buddies. Overall love the bike with its brushed aluminum tank and rugged looks, V4 is rough down low with cylinder deact but gets very smooth over 3,000 rpms. A great all around bike for serious sport touring!😎

Riding the 1250 GSA right now, but will exchange it against the Rally within the next two weeks.
Can‘t wait. I dislike the bulky look of the GSA and it‘s engine, that only gives power up to 160 km/h with a rather rough sound.

I was smitten with the regular v4s within minutes that I had to trade my 1260 enduro to get one , now I want the rally for the larger tank.

Ducati ( WV group, lets not forget it, though technical management and personnel are 100% italian ) is not interested in overproducing . I dont think the Borgo Panigale plants mean to overtake the amount of 5000 or nearly of enduros .

For me, all depends on the fuel consumption of the V4 Rally or, in other words, the efficiency gains achieved by deactivating the rear cylinder bank.

Yikes! You could buy 2 Kawasaki Versys 1000s for that price. But the maintenance costs of the Multi V4 Rally would probably be twice both the Kawis combined.

Luckily the name Ducati still scares many people so there are deals to be had on the used market for a 2-3 year old bike. Recently picked up a 1260 Enduro with 6k miles for 10k under original MSRP

The Gs is still the top selling motor every year. The reason is because it's still a far better bike. Ducati is a great and fun highway miles tourer tho.
