@@lii1Ilyou eat the whole thing. All broccoli types are healthy. 😊

Thanks
I'm sorry, I don't buy from Amazon. Do you sell elsewhere?
I have been eating sprouts 2 out of 3 meals a day for over 2 years now .
The sprouts and my walking ( 6.2 miles is my daily average for over a year) have changed so many health problems including diabetes . I also lost over 100 lbs .
Thats amazing so happy for you!
Wow. That is great ...
@@brazilian-lady9175 thank you so much ❤️
good for you thats epic.
What’s that mean ? Do your 2 meals consist solely of sprouts or do u mean that you add sprouts to your meals ?
Several doctors say that broccoli sprouts are the number one best food for fighting an existing cancer and preventing cancer. Same goes for other cruciferous sprouts and you don’t have to eat a lot of them, just daily.
Indeed 💚
That’s a fact. In some store, the banned it.
@@MrMaier3000 what do you mean they ban it?

I just started sprouting today ! I'm 74 & never thought I'be doing this ! So glad I found yr channel !
Omg that is wonderful! Enjoy sprouting and I'm glad to have you here. Have a beautiful day. And its never to late to sprout.😊❤️
Me too 74….but i started in the 80s….found it because of weak digestion…..anything soaked is easiest to digest……
Love this 💗
Instead of draining the water 💧 into the sink, I put it on my plants. Doesn’t waste water and adds a kick of nutrients to the other plants 🪴
Thank you 😊 yes, I do that as well. No waste. ❤️
wow a clever idea
I do the same and use this water to dilute red wiggler worm "juice". 10-20% juice to water. Pour it on my raised beds.
Me too and the plants love it 💖🪴
I soak fruit and vegetables peals for a few days and use that water. I’ll be adding this water to my plants also. My plants grow great.
All the baby plants" nooo dont eat me i just want to grow"
Hi Eva. I thought I had failed on my first two batches of Broccoli sprouts, when I noticed the small white hair like roots forming, which I thought was mold. Having followed several videos on sprouting you are the only person who has explained what this is. Thank you very much.
I'm so glad you found my video. So many people think it's mold, but they are actually thirsty little seeds asking for water. This is why it's important to rinse them twice a day. Also, broccoli tends to smell because it's broccoli, lol, so many people throw it out. But if you rinse broccoli twice a day and some people rinse 3 times a day, then it's all good..
Maybe you know that broccoli sprouts detoxes dioxin, the most potent toxin in the world spewed by the Ohio train derailment. In a year we'll be seeing babies born without limbs, miscarriages, major skin problems, cancer etc.
@@cathrynp3491 thank you for sharing 🙏
I hated tossing away trays of broccoli sprouts because they looked moldy!
@Counting Down it could be just thirsty, not moldy.
❤ Great video! I am a psychologist and have recently been doing a bit of research on the benefits of sprouts and mircogreens. Organic broccoli sprouts, in particular, are full of sulphoraphane which is great for the gut microbiome which is responsible for 90-95% production of overall total neurotransmitter production in the body. Sprouts and microgreens are also so densely packed with micronutrients x20 all the way up to 40x more nutrient dense per gram than their fully grown, broccoli floret head (adult) counterparts, that support the beneficial bacteria in the gut which are then responsible for strengthening your immune system, eliminating free radicals & oxidative stress and have highly anti- cancerous properties. Sprouts and microgreens are the no.1 most densely packed natural source of many essential vitamins, minerals and proteins (/natural amino acids are always better than taking synthetic pills). Eating freshly sprouted microgreens daily is the best way for maintaining your general health. Many urban families lack micronutrients in their diets, due to modern day agricultural practices which cause soil depletion and eating G.M.O ( non- organic), pesticide laden, commonly consumed supermarket fruits and vegetables lack all these essential vitamins and minerals. The links in the description below and your explanation was absolutely great, so thankyou very much, I cant wait to start sprouting and putting all the theory into practice. This was a very helpful video, thanks again! 💯👍🙏💎
Thank you for sharing they are the best! Great info. ❤️
I also heard that we have to watch out with alfalfa since this is the only (or one of the few) seeds where sprouting enhances the lectins in the seeds. While normally (all other seeds) lectins will get less or disappear in the sprouting process. Lectins are poisonous to us, therefor it’s always better to sprout then to eat the seeds. But with alfalfa apparently it’s a different story. Just search in CZcams or google for alfalfa and lectins.
Praise God. Genesis 1:29 KJV - And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.
Amen!!
🙏 Amen

What you use for sprouts I mean sprouts maker or jar or clothes which is best
I actually prefer growing them to be microgreens better than sprouts, but same principals still apply with regard to their nutrition. My favorites are cantaloupe, broccoli, mustard, and kohlrabi. But I look forward to trying more types of veggies.
I am actually a health coach also and I will be sharing this with my plant-based diabetes group 💯
That's amazing! ❤️ I'm glad you are growing them and sharing with others. I never tried cantaloupe sprouts. Need to give it a go. 😊❤️

If you don't like the texture of the fruit, the greens add the essence and aroma but not the weirdness, if that makes sense 🤷♀️

I didn't realize it is so easy.... Thank you so much for spreading the good information the establishment doesn't want you to know.
Thank you 😊 exactly so easy to grow everyone should try.
Excellent info, thank you. Two suggestions consistent with your "goodness" philosophy: save the water for your plants, and save the empty seeds for compost - all growing things will love such nourishment.
Indeed, save every bit of goodness from our produce. I use water from washing rice.
thank you. I do use them in my garden.

@lizb133 sprouts won't make you full but definitely add extra protein without adding powder. I love broccoli or red clover in my smoothie. Keep in mind that your smoothie will be spicy and taste like sprouts. I don't mind the flavor.
Favorite sprouts: black beluga lentils, fenugreek, red spring wheat. 🌻
Great choices! thank you for sharing!
I also like fenugreek sprouts. Very easy to grow, great in salad. I add them to the dough when I bake my bread.

6:13 The seed coats do not need to be rinsed out at the end as shown. You are only using a grid that is too small when growing sprouts. Larger meshes cause the seed pods to be removed during rinsing. To begin with, simply insert a piece of nylon stocking so that the ungerminated seeds cannot get through. as soon as the sprouts have grown a little, the nylon stocking is no longer necessary.
I just did this for the first time, so easy. They were fresh, crunchy, and delicious!

Your instructions, however, have made it seem much more straightforward, giving me hope that I can successfully grow them myself and enjoy the health benefits. Your guidance is truly appreciated! 😊
Thank you very much! Glad you enjoy the video. Yes, clean jars is the key thats for sure.
I decided to not be too precious about sanitising and just place bottles in a large container and add boiling water, and let it sit for a while. Been doing sauerkraut successfully that way since early last year without problems. It gets really daunting when one tries to follow all the technicalities.
