    I don't agree to Mr. Desai on many aspects but here, he isn't wrong. Oacts are technically seeds and seeds contains something called Lectins, Oxalates, Phytates etc. There are many research which actually corroborate this particular finding... So yeah, not just oats but seeds in general needs to be taken with a pinch of salt. PS: I am a Doctor of Internal Medicine having an experience of more than 20 years...

    Which type of oats are being talked about here: instant oats, rolled oats or steel cut (whole grain) oats? The blood sugar spike and fibre content will depend on which type is consumed, isn’t it?

    some studies suggest that artificial sweeteners might be worse for health than sugar itself, and the long term effects of stevia remain unclear. additionally, there is insufficient data and a need for larger samples to draw more definitive conclusions

      @@DDRational_ Brother , just a few days ago, I saw you mildly defending Oreos and maple syrup and today you're downplaying the hazard of fructose. Any first year medical student will tell you that Fructose is significantly more harmful ,especially for fatty liver, then glucose. I think in the pursuit of finding topics to debunk, you've gone to the other extreme of misinformation. Do not become the very thing you set out to abolish. It's a constructive suggestion, rest is upto you. You're hugely downplaying the Villain that sugar is in the pursuit of making debunking videos.

    But sir , oats were originally used for horses in America,, few days ago a doctor from USA told that oats shouldn't consumed by human

    • @theodiscusgaming3909
      @theodiscusgaming3909 Před 2 měsíci +6

      Just that a food can be eaten by animals doesn't mean humans shouldn't eat it. Dogs can eat bread, doesn't mean it's harmful to humans.
      And it doesn't matter what some noname doctor in USA says unless his words are backed by evidence.
      As far as nutrition goes, oats are pretty good. There are always some people on instagram or whatever that say X or Y is bad for you but if you follow all their advice combined you'll end up not eating anything ever.
