' Jingoistic nationalism ' is common point in all this people .
Everything indian is automatically good and everything non-indian is bad .
It's called illusory superiority.
Cooked Oatmeal is a very healthy and delicious breakfast.
Freedom of speech is important.
All we need to do is make people aware of facts.
@@comfdespl5347 Yeah but people tend to believe more in these idiots then they do in actual science communicators.
@@rommelbengali then that is a different problem
@@subhadeepghosh3961 Okay.
I wouldn't be taking health advice from a 52 years old guy who looks 70 years of age... 😂
Make a video on soyabean, nutrela or processed ones, about it's protein, bioavailability and complete protein and impact on men
Bhai yeh banda pehle oats ko bura bol raha tha & ab topic change karke masala oats par bhag gaya😂😂
I don't agree to Mr. Desai on many aspects but here, he isn't wrong. Oacts are technically seeds and seeds contains something called Lectins, Oxalates, Phytates etc. There are many research which actually corroborate this particular finding... So yeah, not just oats but seeds in general needs to be taken with a pinch of salt. PS: I am a Doctor of Internal Medicine having an experience of more than 20 years...
avoid seed oil too, use olive oil if you can
What is internal medicine?
Ermmm what the sigma

Did you just skip over the part where he mentioned meta analysis of Oats consumption and how its safe and promotes health?
Which type of oats are being talked about here: instant oats, rolled oats or steel cut (whole grain) oats? The blood sugar spike and fibre content will depend on which type is consumed, isn’t it?
instant and rolled had a very high spike on my cgm. steel cut had somewhat lower spike although still high. (cooked steel cut oats with water to soften vs instant and rolled oats in hot water)
saturated fat is a bigger contributor to nafld compared to fructose ,but still this guy prashant asks you to gulp a dozen of teaspoons of ghee per day which is 80-90 percent saturated fat
Exactly.
Lol 😂 I gained 10 kg in a month with oats mixed in banana milk shake. It's tasty and healthy.
😮 10 kg!! Please 🥺 tell how you did it ?
@@devanshmangal7506 take milk shake twice a day, firstly in morning than in evening. Take 1 glass of milk (250gm) add 2 bananas, 3-4 spoons of oats and a spoon of peanut butter. Also, for exercise do 3 sets of push ups every day along with squats. You'll see the difference in a month.
Is there anything that doesn't require banana?
I don't like the taste haha
@@anakinswife. Yes, you can add mango instead.
Gained or lost?
Will you react to praveen mohan too electroboom did it but you can cover other topics he is also quite popular

some studies suggest that artificial sweeteners might be worse for health than sugar itself, and the long term effects of stevia remain unclear. additionally, there is insufficient data and a need for larger samples to draw more definitive conclusions
We shouldn't look at individual studies. But at where expert consensus lies. And prasant Desai isn't remotely an expert
I think there is sufficient data for artificial sweetners
There's sufficient data for artificial sweeteners and they are NOT worse than sugar. Do some research!
@@DDRational_ Brother , just a few days ago, I saw you mildly defending Oreos and maple syrup and today you're downplaying the hazard of fructose. Any first year medical student will tell you that Fructose is significantly more harmful ,especially for fatty liver, then glucose. I think in the pursuit of finding topics to debunk, you've gone to the other extreme of misinformation. Do not become the very thing you set out to abolish. It's a constructive suggestion, rest is upto you. You're hugely downplaying the Villain that sugar is in the pursuit of making debunking videos.
Bro can yoy suggest some reliable internet websites to relay on for this data's? 😊
I saw this reel yesterday and thought pranav should react to this.
Or should you say "I manifested this video" 👽
They do it because it grabs people's attention. A food that previously thought to be healthy is actually unhealthy 😮!!!!???? Everyone falls for the click bait trap

even kids (11th 12th science students) know, fructose is a type of sugar and is basically present even in sperms..
if these people heard that they'll say thats bad like omg oats has something which is found in sperm!!!
👍
Not to be that guy. It's 'dosa' not 'dosha'. 😅

I'm not interested in this topic...
Tell me, can genders other than women experience pregnancy?
Nope. Only biological women/females can. Gender studies graduates can cry harder.

But sir , oats were originally used for horses in America,, few days ago a doctor from USA told that oats shouldn't consumed by human
Just that a food can be eaten by animals doesn't mean humans shouldn't eat it. Dogs can eat bread, doesn't mean it's harmful to humans.
And it doesn't matter what some noname doctor in USA says unless his words are backed by evidence.
As far as nutrition goes, oats are pretty good. There are always some people on instagram or whatever that say X or Y is bad for you but if you follow all their advice combined you'll end up not eating anything ever.
Does a doctor from “ America” validate these claims
