Im 17 and I’ve been watching one of your older videos everyday should I consistently do the same workout everyday or should I watch different videos every workout?
Different vids every workout. Your body has something called muscle memory. The workout will be less effective over time, because our bodies adapt to what we've done. Bryan has many, many amazing workout videos. Switch it up 😊! Stay consistent! You can do it 💪🏽!!!!
