    Please wear that outfit more often. I could look at those colors all day. This was one of my favorite workouts. The moves and constant beat made me want to keep going and going.

    I’m old, out of shape and I have no rhythm. I like your videos because they have the power bar showing how much has been completed so far, you have a preview of the next step with your Mini-Me, and you have a wide variety of workouts. The thing is, I can’t keep up yet because I have no rhythm. By the time I get the current steps down they change and then I slow down trying to figure out the new step and I don’t catch up until the next change. I know I need to keep at it and watch it over and over so I memorize the steps, but I want to get the most out this because I do this before work. You’ve obviously worked very hard to get to where you’re at and I’d like to get to that level someday. I feel retarded for not being able to walk in place without tripping. Thanks for your channel!
