I went back into the playlists looking for a walking workout that I hadn't done and found this! I really had fun with this one, I was beaming at the end! I felt so good, my knees were safe my back was safe, I worked up a sweat and reached 172 bpm 3 quarters of the way through but averaged 125 bpm. Thank you for another excellent workout and for catering to our needs, a lot of trainers just do the type of workout content and pace that they want to do but you listen and do workout s that are truly beneficial to your subscribers 👌🏽
Thank you. Yes absolutely. It gets tricky as some prefer the high impact/ intensity but generally I think majority like my walking and low impact workouts so I try to stick with them as much as possible to maintain a good training split not only for myself but also everyone else who follows the schedules❤️ x

I notice thats been missing for a while.. somehow it's very helpful for me to stay focus and motivated throughout the workout as I know how far along it is. Only a suggestion, though. Thank you - this was my first video and exercise since my heartattack - the music is super- i was able to do it 25 minutes and therefore i no longer search for videos instead I will follow you and even i can only exercise for a short time

Yes, when paired with the proper nutritional balance any exercise can be beneficial for weight loss. Also movement in general can be helpful for many phsyical and mental benefits.
