    1. Load up on vegetables 😋
    Kale, broccoli, cucumber, Spinach etc.
    2. Eat eggs for breakfast 🍳🥚🐣
    Hard boiled eggs 2 or 3 😁
    3. Cook with cayenne pepper 🌶
    Eat fresh
    4. Replace sweet drinks with coconut water 💧😋, lots of pure water
    5. Cut back on salt 🧂
    6. Do burpees, increase by 10 every day. Knowing is not enough, you must Do
    Apply this challenge for next 7 days

      @@judithjuma6102 no he said 1 to 2 days per week. He didn't say eat them every day for breakfast. If you do eat them every day I'd suggest alternating egg whites and whole eggs bc the yolk is where the cholesterol is found. Hope this helps.

    I started making sure I ate 7 cups of veggies a day and I lost 5 inches around my waist and my metabolism changed and I no longer have digestion problems.

      @@againstalloddz4 I saw results with in a week. I took advice from Brian and Dr.Berg. I learned that your supposed to have at least 7 cups of veggies for your daily nutrition. Before veggies were like the smallest portion on my plate. A salad or raw spinach (sauté it in a pan it shrinks like crazy) is a easy way to get in 7 cups if you need any ideas.

    Hello Brian! You are such a great resource. I have been doing your walk work outs in the morning and I go to the gym in the afternoon. I love these tips, I definitely eat eggs, and feel full for a while when I'm at work.

    I do almost all the above except consuming 🥚 eggs 🙅🏽‍♀️. I replace eggs with tofu scramble with turmeric. Thanks!!

    I’m a vegetarian, so I eat the hard boil eggs twice a week only the white part and discard the yellow part in which, that’s the part I think have the cholesterol inside . anyway I tried this challenge and the burpees wow where you been my life. Thank you so much you God sent❤❤🙏🏾

      Chair burpees. Adrian Bryant on YT has a modified version of the chair burpee as well. Look him up and then you can apply that modification to any workout-just give full effort.

      Am back 3 weeks later, so this is what happened, i have been consistent on the Burpees, lagged on the vegetables a bit. But i can assure you my Jeans that were so tight in my waist are now loose. I started with 10 Burpees now i do 40 daily. Thank you Coah

    Thankfully I don’t have much mid section to lose but I do have fat to burn there and most all muscle to gain!! Just got a job as a fitness instructor and I am gonna whip my butt in shape. I want to also strengthen my core!

    I started eating healthy from last yr and do some exercise 3 days a week and I have lose weight from 78 to 65...but the problem I have now is my face,istarted having acnes on my chic area what could be the reason...help

    Actually, you NEED some fat in your diet, so the idea that we should not have fried eggs because the butter has more calories is silly.
    Also, fat does not make us fat. Too much fat can slow down your weight loss, but protein and fats are very important as is fiber from veggies.
    My husband did some ridiculous diet that told him to not eat meat and only eat veggies, and apparently told him to also cut fats. While he lost weight, he also developed incredibly painful gallstones, in part, according to the Doctor, because of the lack of fats in his diet. We NEED fats in our diet. Cutting out a little butter that you would fry your eggs in is not a great idea unless you are getting your fats from other foods

    I want to give this a try. how many burpees to start as a newbie would cayenne pepper powder be ok to use if i cant find fresh ones in my local store Can the cayenne pepper be used to cook with in every meal

    Hey Brian thanks for the tips but you're leaving out your vegans here. What can we eat instead of 🍳eggs? I do not eat soy or mock meats and I'm allergic to avocado 🥑. Every vegan meal suggestion always goes to these options but for health reasons I do not eat them. Thank you in advanced for any advice.

      I hear you. For vegans, replace eggs with a low-calorie smoothie with chia seeds.
      CHIA SEEDS SMOOTHIE
      Ingredients:
      ½ cup of coconut milk
      ¾ cup of frozen mango
      1 tablespoon of chia seeds

      Hello. I eat plant-based as well. I think he mentioned the eggs because of the study on it but other sources of protein will help you feel full too like beans and legumes.

    Does eggs really reduces appetite or it is because the eggs will actually make one full compared to other group who ate donut which is simple carbs which in turn will really make one hungry right away coz it doesn't really make one full.
