Everything you pointed out is so true for me and my experience. I struggled to lose my baby pouch for 8 years no matter how many crunches I did or ab workouts from other channels. Finally in October 2020, I saw your videos popping up and you were uploading like a new one daily. I started doing one 20 minute video and then 2 and started progressing to 3 of your 20 minutes walking videos. I also started intermittent fasting where I delayed my breakfast until noon and and did your workouts before I break my fast. I think this helped create a calorie deficit for me but I was able to work out with your walking videos because they were not stressing out my body and mind. Within 3 months, I noticed my baby bump was gone and I could see my ab lines again. Your workouts helped me so much in my journey for better health and weight loss because they are a total body workout without being stressful. I cannot thank you enough. I was one of your early subscribers and still do your workouts regularly.

You have to lower body fat percentage.
( If you can grab your stomach with your hand don't do ab exercises. if you can pinch the fat with your fingers begin ab excercise)
    - Full body workouts: increases muscle mass
    - Glutes ( but ), lower body workouts ( do core once in a while legs and back ( burns fat fast )
    - eat plant based foods and keep a calorie dedicate
    - get quality sleep, keep a dark bedroom, don't eat before going to sleep ( you should be receiving 7-8 hrs of sleep every night, sorry insomniacs )
    - Cortisol: keep stress levels down
    - walking outdoors, alternatives are running or cycling.
    - must have patience
I'm too tired to workout, doing simple things around the house makes me tired.

I knew then that they were a waste of time, but somehow as I got older I still held on to the hope that they would banish my ever growing belly, even though I never saw any change. Your workouts helped me lose 10 lbs as I prepared for my 25 year vow renewal ceremony in May, over a 6 week period, coupled with intermittent fasting and an increase in water intake. I lost 63 lbs and have been trying to maintain my weight since April. I still have 2 stomachs. I walk almost daily, limit sugar, eat healthy overall, and occasionally use weights. I drink minimum 4 water bottles a day and start eat day with a bottle of water. Yes, I'm perimenopausal. I give up.

Don't give up. It's important to remember this is a lifestyle change. More important than the physical changes, is the changes occurring inside your body. Every week that you maintain your weight is another week of health and happiness that you've added to your life. Good luck!

I believe only starvation diets can work to loose weight. I walk allot, I’m vegetarian, I don’t eat meat,I don’t eat sugar or junk food, not alcohol ,I started going at the gym again after the shut down but still my belly is not going down. Of course I am over 60s . Any way thank you very much ! continue the good job 👏

Intermittent fasting will help you lose belly fat. That works for me. My last meal is at 3-5pm and I eat at 11-12 next day. The body uses your fat for energy so if there’s no food it’ll use your body fat. It’ll take fat from your fattest place. That’s my belly. My 42 waist is now 38 after one month. At my last meal I eat lots of protein vegetables 1/4 carb and healthy fats like avocado and grass fed butter. I eat till I’m full. That way I’m not hungry when I’m off to bed at midnight. Not eating makes me not hungry when I get up next morning. First thing is my full glass of water with lemon and I’m good until it’s time to eat. Listen to your body. It’s hard but try. If you’re not hungry don’t eat.
