Stupid cop tells me to pull over at the next intersection. Gets pissed when I do exactly that. Immediately starts barking unlawful orders.
I've been traveling this road over a 1000 times the past six years.
Always set my cruise at about 4 mph over the limit because my phone sounds an alarm when I exceed the limit by more than 5 mph. AND Florida speeding fines don't start till 6mph.
Cop claims I was going 65 in a 50. COMPLETE NONSENSE

For the record, I haven’t gotten a ticket in 34 years, I’ve been pulled over a dozen times. 115 in a 55, ten minutes later 85 in a 55. Because I was a cop. I received no ticket. Believe it, Nissan 300zx. It’s absolutely true that cops don’t write tickets their own. 95 in a 55, 85 in a 55, I can go all day.

Not to beat a dead horse but the deputy said there was a community he passed if there was then that's an intersection. Also, the driver was aware that the deputy reactivated his siren and air horn which requires the driver to stop. The deputy decided he wanted the driver to stop then and there not anywhere else. Also, did you notice the driver moving around in the car shuffling things which can imply he was moving a weapon or contraband within the vehicle. This kind of activity is not a joke and is very dangerous I don't understand why people continue to do that type of moving around in a vehicle that is involved in a traffic stop unless an officer asks to locate something such as registration, license, insurance card etc. I've already commented about other things so I won't repeat them again but I might suggest you take a look at what the Florida supreme Court ruled on as well as the United States supreme Court concerning traffic stops. Traffic stops are extremely dangerous and nothing to be played with you do that in court not on the side of the road. The driver of this vehicle under Florida law could have been arrested for resisting an officer and transported to central booking with his car being impounded. I'm not referring to not answering questions that he was not required to answer. If the driver presented his dash cam video during a hearing concerning this traffic stop it would be extremely incriminating. The deputy was extremely chilled out. Please take care.

It's part of a code for requesting routine personal backup which is actually 10-94. He just shortened it which is normal. I listened to it and I heard the 10 although as I said shortening it is not unusual.

(In WA the code is RCW 46.61.020, or federal code is 18 USC 111 for impeding an investigation) The 5th amendment protects against self incrimination. In order for it to be triggered, you need detention and incriminating questions. Even if you request a lawyer or say you don’t want to answer questions, police can still talk to you as long as it’s not about the offense. Not trying to argue, I just believe knowledge is power. Besides parking in someone's driveway is tresspassing. I'm not allowed to block someone's egress and ingress, what if a medical emergency occurred and I have to move my vehicle to let the homeowner who's frantically honking their horn get by? Is the cop going to start shooting at me because I moved my car out of the way and away from him and he felt threatened? And wasn't the place he was pulling over originally just as safe as some random driveway? Cop should come to Phoenix they do at least 20-30 miles over the speed limit all the time... you'll get run over and cause an accident if you drive the limit.

Seems that both he and the officer were acting like asses. The second officer was diffusing the situation. He wanted to antagonize and the officer wanted to make an arrest (a driveway is not an intersection). The second officer handled his temper well just to end it.

And this no longer works as every cop in country should have had a sovcit warning memo and is familiar with the scripts, the lies, and harrasment tactics. And again no court has ever been proven to rule in these peoples favor, best they get is case dismissed because judge thinks they are insane or they take a plea deal to stop wasting the courts time where they admit they were speeding or whatever the intial "unlawful" cause of the stop was lol.
