  • SHARK agreed to take down this video as part of an agreement with the club that we made to try to limit the number of pigeon shoots held there. The club did not live up to the agreement, so we will start to put some of the videos back up. This one is important, as it shows one way to deal with police trying to intimidate on behalf of a special interest.
Cowardly pigeon shooters thought local police could intimidate two ladies. They were so wrong, especially since one of them is a lawyer.
Police supervisor Joseph Blickley repeated mis-states the Pennsylvania wiretap law, and allows a person from the club to be involved in a police action.
When the women turn the tables on Sgt. Blickley, and he finds himself challenged, he folds.

Yeah, like "Fired Automatically" when the evidence shows they know diddly-squat about the law & so just make it up with an incorrect, egocentric-based & power-intoxicated precision, strutting their stuff with an abuse of their badge-power on unlawfully detained folk who don't know their rights, plus that deludedly assumed status of being "Gods amongst mere men" that bad-cops exude by their behaviour like a skunk's foul smell.
Yes, automatically fire these "proven to be clueless to the law" cops who boss folk about for no lawful reason, as there cant be much of a cop shortage when we see many filmed car-stops that soon attract 3 but often 4 & up-to 6 or 7 unnecessary extra cop-cars gathering like flies around a huge dollop of a horse's excrement, totalling 6 to 14 extra cops who just seem to stand about for upto 40 mins or longer, to ogle the scene of the original car-stop cops, even when they're just power-tripping on 1 (most often black) unarmed guy who may be already extracted from his car & cuffed. That level of unnecessary back-up is an abuse of tax'payers money
How about firing ALL existing cops with proven complaints made against them since their first day & as fast as they can be replaced by well chosen & properly psychologically profiled newly trained cops, because the corruption & power-drunk violations on good citizens doing nothing wrong is far too endemic & engrained within the system. Just keep only cops who've had not 1 hint of a complaint made against themselves or thier partner (who they should have cooled-down) i noticed how many investigated complaints are against cop's with a list of previous upheld complaints & suspensions. Some bad cops have cost their state $'thousands & much more in pay-outs for damages yet just get suspended for a week or ordered to re-train!!

Because politicians make the laws, lawyers interpret them, and cope enforce them. Police officers are usually uneducated. That is by no means a blanket claim. Someone with a degree in Finance or computer science could become an officer in many states easily. But why would they? Some departments do actually require a four year degree in easier studies such as criminal justice or liberal arts. However, I agree that officers of the law truly should be required to know the law better. But without a law degree one would never truly know it inside and out.

The relevance isn't whether or not she was really an attorney at the time but that the police officer realized the circumstance had potentially changed and that as much was written all over his face. I guarantee you the lawyer noticed it and you will notice that the police officer's posture changed from that moment through the rest of the video. I commented about this because it was the part I found most interesting. The larger issue of law enforcement showing favoritism happens in different municipalities on a regular basis.

PA wiretap act makes it illegal to record private conversations without the consent of both parties. This incident would not be covered because the officer is on duty and there because of a complaint. In that case he has no reasonable argument why what he is saying should or would be considered private.

Isn’t it funny that these old guys have rules for women to act like “ladies “or submissive but it’s perfectly fine for them to call women “ fucking Cunts”. And still claim “we are talking to you as courteously as we can quote. Really I didn’t know that calling a woman a “fucking Cunt quote was a polite way to speak to someone and it just seems so interesting that it comes from these old men at their gun club, where nobody would try and run down another person!
And then for the Salem members shooting at people in a boat! Actually, it doesn’t really surprise me because I am from a small town in the same corruption existed and persisted were only certain people were picked up, questioned, or incarcerated. Just a thought.
