Do you ever grow & eat purslane for another source omega 3’s?
I was able to my heal my autoimmune hypothyroid disease (Hashimoto's) on a raw vegan diet. I had Hashimoto's for over 20 years. I went fully raw about 3 years ago and my thyroid is finally normal. I actually went off my thyroid meds about 5 years ago, but it took a quite a few years for my thyroid to totally heal. I currently eat a high raw diet, lots of greens and veggies, fruit, low fat and have recently added in some cooked foods like legumes and potatoes.
I followed her protocol and felt amazing! Trying maintenance phase and symptoms have returned. Was thinking about starting over and your post here just confirms for me. Thanks!
Dr Goldner is an amazing person . She’s released the protocol for free ,written three books so far and gives Q&A every Wednesday for free.
Dr. Goldners approach is great! It’s kind of a lot on the digestion depending on how you do it, but I have found the omega 3s to be mission-critical in preventing sciatic pain while aging (along with strength training and regular movement/stretching). 😊
She also allows unlimited avocado..I didn't see that on there.
I drink raw kale, carrot, and apples 5 days per week❤❤❤

I just can’t understand those who boast pure carnivore diets. Every day is an IQ test.
They are addicted to that food and believe the doctors who say if you don’t eat meat or milk you will die or damage your health.
They feel good bc they have eliminated donuts and sodas...but then they die from fatty liver

John...I'm trying to locate raw AND unpasteurized inshell brazil nuts. Lots of sellers claim their's are raw but not one says they're unpasteurized, which leads me to believe they are heat-treated. Can you help me locate a source?
