    This is the best mango mochi recipe I have tried. Turned out to be extremely good! I also used plastic spoon, plastic wraps, and wore plastic gloves . they don’t stick which made the wrapping much easier! This dessert is so easy to make and don’t make a mess. Just throw away the plastic wrap afterwards. Thank you so much! ! I got compliments for the mochi I made and I never get tired of eating so many mango mochis 😂

    現在才知原來芒果核毛濕熱,好多時都鐘意啜埋啲肉,食得唔好浪費,還以為整個芒果都濕熱毒,但聽了張媽媽說便不得不棄掉核了,還請問張媽媽做好放雪櫃可以雪幾耐?

    Its taste yummy when it was eaten after making. However, the texture is hard after put inside the fridge for more than 1 day. Hope you can guide me as not sure where went wrong as I follow your step as per video to make.

      Keep them in a sealed container before putting them in the fridge to retain their moisture and prevent them from getting hard. Thanks for watching! :)

      Yes, I did keep in sealed container when I put inside the fridge. But the texture is slightly hard aft defrost on the next day before consuming. This mango mochi is not advisable to keep in the frigde for next few days consuming.
      Seek your guidance as that the skin texture after cool down before wrapping is slightly sticky.
