Good catch finding the blow off valve issue.
First thing I looked at when it wouldn't make boost on brake. Knew something significant was wrong.

The truck is making some juice to run that MPH. The short track is the hardest part so keep chipping away at it, you'll get it dialed in.

Been running without BOV's for 16 years. never had an issue. Just another thing to fail. Twin 78/75's on a 5.3 I leave at 3900 and 7 lbs for a 1.2X 60ft. Pulling 10* for 1.5 seconds. Cam only 5.3. Think ya got it a little spicy. Congrats tho, super capable setup!
Yeah, gonna try 3800 and a slower boost ramp. This 9.8 pass made 20psi in .8 sec... Last time out when it went 1.5 it went from 5 to 16 in 1.6s

For that coupler, while i was pulling holsets off of a CNG semi (VERY similar to the Kwik Trip trucks..), right ofd the compressor is basically a vband with an oring. I suppose these are problem free for hundreds of thousands of miles. Just a thought!

Are you leaving on a transbrake with 1kish ft lbs on stock axles?!? That's worse than having no cage!!lol
When you are test and tuning, don't forget you can leave whenever you want. There's no circumstance during a test n tune that should force you to trash your transmission. I had to learn that the hard way!!! Lol

Testing the bump and staging into 2nd bulb with it. Kinda no way around it. It made 1khp on 26psi and 18 degrees. I was leaving on 11psi with like 15 degrees out and traction control so the last pass is had less than 1 degree in it for a while. Probably only making 400 for half the pass.
He's no where near the limits of that axle. He isn't hitting it hard at all, by comparison. The hardest thing that axle is getting, is the 1-2 shift.
