- If you're suffering with allergies 💧, sinus congestion 👃 and blocked ears 👂, here are some great self-drainage techniques.

Repeat every exercise 6 times, but AVOID the ear pumps if there is any chance of an ear infection.
.
Add in some deep breathing and neck stretching to improve the drainage into the chest.

This is also safe and effective to do on young children.

@@a8hi_24__ i have had a bad infection in it before and it created a hole in my ear drum so when fluid gets in there it’s hard to get out, unfortunately for me i just had to wait and let time do it’s part and the deafness went away but it took a while

I can hear slightly better (maybe 30% more) after trying this. Ear is stuffed due to cold congestion.
If you ear is blocked from a cold i recommend using nasal spray 👍

I'm going to try all these techniques in order, but do each one for a longer time. Following along with the video made me think each one might help
Also I'm going to use a warm steam vaporizer for a bit.

I've had inner sinus pressure and blockage in right ear since July! (3 months!) Dr said it was allergies and sent me home and charged me almost $300. 🙄 Your method is the first thing that actually worked! When pressure comes back I will be doing it again. Thank you SOOO much!!

@@ronaknanda6175 No he didn't prescribe anything, just said take some over the counter allergy medicine. I took some homeopathic medicine but 2 weeks later I had heart palpitations so I stopped. Going back to see a doctor I trust today because even though I can get my ears partially unblocked and sinuses draining I now get a severe sore throat, and it's not going away. Pretty sure it's bacterial now. 😕

I find it funny that ppl go to the Dr for stuff like this, I use acv for everything in my ears, my eyes, my nose, spray the back of my throat or inhale it with sum warm water cupped in my hand, the Dr gonna state ur obvious reason why u came there:

Wow works great. My ear was so clogged had to do this repeatedly but after 4 minutes of doing nothing but the temple massage and ear vacuum pumping with my hands it is now 100% clear....just wow amazing!

I put foam ear plugs in both my ears for a good 20 mins and took a nap. And I woke up and did this exercise. Solved my problem. I was tired of this congestion since two days!

It’s working!!!! I had to take Benadryl today(just 1/2 dose) because of horrible drainage while I’ve recovering from Covid. I haven’t taken Benadryl in many years. It really dried me up, but left me miserable.Thank you!!!

I am in between two flights, got my ear blocked during the first one. It was very painful. Thankfully it happened right before landing. I just practiced this while waiting for the second flight, and already hearing very clearly. Hopefully it won't happen again during the next flight, but if it happen I know what to do. I have clogged ears, but one thing that happened to me for thr first time. I was cold sick and I didn't knew it I was in the bus and sneezed then there was a fluid inside in my ear it was annoying it made my ear less good, I couldn't hear. What to do
I used a neti pot. Water got stuck in one of my sinuses. This helped it clear out fast. Thank you. While the neti pot got rid of a lot and I mean a lot of gunk. My sinuses are still blocked (feels better, but blocked).

No cause this actually worked for me oml, but i might as well go to the doctor anyway because my ears hurt and still blocked for sure
After my flight, the pressure on my ears were soo intense to the point u got headaches so i tried popping my ears by doing the suction method with my hands and it hurt soo bad but i can hear properly now
This is for your inner ear, behind the ear drum. If you have a build up there it definitely works.
I had a cold a week ago. I am completely fine now but both of my ears a clogged up and don't 'pop' no matter what i do. Will this go away by itself? Its been like 4 days now and it feels like i have ear plugs on.
