Wow. Thank you kindly for doing that. I sincerely appreciate that!!!! And thank you for the blessings. Right back at you!!! God Bless You and all your patients!!!
I have been a fitness instructor for 30 years. I became very interested I Pilates in 2005, and I have been teaching Pilates for 16 years. He is correct a strong core is super important. I have spine issues from a bike accident at age 16. I'm very thankful for a strong core as I'm amazed at all I can do as in heavy lifting, gardening, landscaping ect... This man is very strong. I'm happy for him 😊
I have Sciatica i gave up the barbell because the lifting from the ground was too much so i bought a 20kg Olympic plate & do shoulder press, raises from the front to above my head etc & press ups & can honestly say it has eased my pain by 99% as it seems the stretching of the spine & the building of muscle in the back from these specific exercises has been life changing, i was even doing leg raises which i was told not to do as it does really put pressure on the spine, out of all this does hurt the most but i went through the pain barrier & refused to be beaten by it & again it has helped & the pain eased, some days before exercising i couldn't move or put a foot in front of the other & just had to lay flat, trapped nerve, it felt like somebody had smashed my spine with a baseball bat & the pain was excruciating, not no more, so much so i wake up now & have totally forgot about my back pain as I'm not constantly reminded by the pain, my surgeon was going to operate but the success rate was only 40% plus a long road to recovery & no guarantee of success either, so i said no, i never take tablets or pills, be careful what you put in you're system people, as you might take a tablet to cure a headache etc but it is doing damage to vital organs, as you say a strong core is the most important part of the body
While I was a head trainer I preached all this and taught them how to do these moves at the gyms. Most called me extreme or crazy and some listened and benefited greatly. You’re a breath of fresh air bro. Keep truckin!! 💪🏻💜
I am stunned to see your fitness and how you glide through all the exercises as if its a walk in the park. Amazed and lost for words. I am so motivated to get started and tried some of them while watching your video. I am ashamed of how unfit i am while being much younger. You are miles ahead in fitness. You are an inspiration to all of us. God keep you safe and help you to continue with your good work. Many thanks for the effort you made for us. I hope you get many millions of subscribers soon
Good grief This just came into my feed, you're amazing Im female 63 bone on bone with cartilage removal years ago. Used to be pretty fit.. I think all these exercises will help strengthen my knees and really help the severe asthma l got at 45.. What do you think? Cheers
Bookmarked. This couldn't be more crystal clear or specific for core strength. There are so many routines online that many get discouraged from info overload or because they aren't appropriate for some. These are so doable by everyone. Thank you.
I'm 26 and even though I run daily I have a terrible core, this is so inspiring, when i become 76 i want to have your physice, mentality and enthusiasm, great stuff
I believe this guy! At 4:45, he says, "If it's hard for you." He's right, it's hard for me and I'm probably half his age. I'm motivated to follow his program, subbed!😅😅😅

30 years ago when I was 19 years old I got in to a accident and injured my back and ever since I’ve been working to get my core strong but usually I end up having pain time and time again I’m so tired of all this training but I always hope that one day my core strength will last.. Thanks for good content Copenhagen 🇩🇰supports
Many thanks Sir. I’m a 46 yr old scientist interested in exercise and health for years. I have been in top percentage of athletic ability intermittently throughout my life. Been trying to get my exercise regimen perfected for years, currently an on upward trajectory with this. I have studied many exercise experts over the years, Paul Chek being one of my favourites. I am really enjoying your videos. They are excellent. I ,loved this video , many excellent important points delivered in an understandable fashion. I think your videos will really help me. I will also share with others. I loved one of your recent diet videos especially how you use common herbs. Only thing you may consider adding is shilajit. I respectfully recommend this and also some “grounding” for inflammation reduction. Anyway thanks so much! I am sure your helping hundreds and hopefully 1000s of people.
Wow Tony you are amazing. I just discovered your channel. I am 77 and have been Carnivore for 7 years. 10 years ago my arthritis was so bad that I could not run, do a pushup or even jump 5 inches without having pain in my back knees and hands. Now all pain is gone because of my Carnivore diet. I am not as strong and limber as you are so I'm going to follow your exercise plan. It makes perfect sense.
I now do 400 sit ups a day. I do 200 before I run and the other 200 after I run. I also do as many as I can and then start over until I reach 100. After each set of 100 I do 25 pushups. I don't do complete sit ups but go down as far as I can. The goal was to just start working on my core.
Thank you for this sir, this came at the appropriate time this video, God definitely recommended this video to me cause i was thinking about how to strengthen my core, i’m 29 trying to learn from you so thank you for doing this
