Zoë Is life if you’re sinuses are hurting I highly reccomend putting a humidifier that puts out warm air beside your bed, Tylenol cold and sinus (with pseudofed in it) and drinking hot tea it can really help unless it’s an infection in which case you need antibiotics

Routine for the day for your sinus head ache from my personal experience😊🥂🕺
*Get up Breathe in and out through your nose few times
      * Some physical exercise is good but just make sure that you have a towel to wipe your sweating foams in your forehead.
      * While taking shower put your head slightly down and take few deep coughs are less tiring and more effective in clearing mucus out of the lungs, also after shower wipe your hair tharoughly (0% water). U need to keep on wiping may be half an hour to get rid of the water.
      * Type of transportation to travel is very important, if your are traveling in a car with an air conditioning on please make sure the air supplying window not facing straight to your face also breath in breath out during the travel highly reduce the chances of head ache, this also effective when it's winder and windy conditions and if you are going by a two wheeler please put a cap on your head which covered your ears tightly inside your helmet that effectively reduces the risk of sinus infection.
      * Drink sufficient water during the day and night also please make sure your stomach should not be empty, if you are in a situation to can't eat anything pls drink enough water till get a chance to eat. Also if you are drinking cold water drink swip by swip as little as possible. If you are drinking cold try to use a straw which helps you to drink without hurting your sinus through the mouth.
      * During winter time make sure you keep a dehumidifier in your room reduces that avoid the chances of morning head ache also keep your window close.
      * If you have acid foaming in your stomach by hidose of medicine you should not drink hot instead drink warm or room temperature. Especially milk drinks such as Coffe and tea because the milk splits up in stomach which worse the acid condition. I'm not a doctor or medical but I'm writing this from my personal experiences, following this techniques changed my life a lot, wishing you a better tomorrow without a nightmare of sinus head ache. The whole idea is to protect your sinus by taking care a head. I’ve been waking up with migraines multiple times a week for the past few months. I’ve been going crazy trying to figure it out. I had read that migraines can be caused by lack of oxygen while sleeping.
I broke my nose when i was 10 years old and have been a mouth breather for the past 17 years. I never thought it really mattered, and haven’t had health insurance to get it looked at.
Today i decided to try flushing my sinuses. It helped a bit. I found your video and tried this exercise. I believe you may have changed my life. My sinuses have been completely collapsed for the majority of my life. I am feeling them open up and I’m getting a headrush right now from the air entering my nose. I can’t begin to thank you enough for sharing your beyond incredible gift/wisdom/empathetic soul with the world. It’s such a kindness. What an extraordinary thing to know and to be able to know how many lives you have touched and seriously helped.
I have a myriad of diseases, cystic fibrosis, lupus and a rare collagen disease called EDS; all three reek havoc on my system and each cause numerous other secondary situations.
For instance right now My chronic pancreatitis turned acute and I have a sinus infection which is making my preexisting migraines not happy. I have a c3-c6 fusion which gets grumpy with each new headache as you can imagine.
I say all of this not to complain, just the opposite, I’m acutely aware of how lucky i am and how much worse things could be.
The only point if my letter and why I included soo much tmi type background info, was to let you know how much you have helped me and I’m certain a gazillion others.
Getting to a masseuse, while a goal, is just not possible as much as by body needs it. Finding your site has been a life hanger. Just being able to ease my sinus infection pressure as I wait for the meds to kick in is HUGE, not to mention all the occipital pressure release work, etc.
I can’t thank you enough, words feel wholly inadequate.
All the blessings of a new year filled with health, happiness and peace. Namaste.
