    I'm 24, almost 25, and I've been dealing with anxiety for years. I don't really know where it stems from but here lately, I feel like I'm having a heart attack every time I have an anxiety attack. It puts out these pseudo symptoms and makes it so much worse. I try to just sleep it off but it just doesn't stop.. I'm so afraid...

    College and life is what give me anxiety and stress.having to walk evey morning, drink water, medication etc. Is alot for me at 20. I would like to say working out help with stress,and anxiety if you can please workout 😊 my anxiety and stress levels are lower due to me walking 30 mins a day! Still have stress,but its wat better after just walking 4 days for 30 minutes!

    You're amazing Rachel, not just the best online massage therapist, but this is the best explanation of diaphragmatic breathing I've seen! I've been doing "belly breathing" for many year, but with zero rib movement, so it ends up being quite shallow. I like that you mention the 360 movement, not many people do when they explain belly breathing, so I've been wondering about that. I feel like I can quite easily isolate my breath when I focus but often wonder which direction to send it to. I've decided to go through all your videos to see what more great advice there is to be found! :)

    Thank you so much I am compiling a playlist of videos showing me how I can relieve my own thoracic outlet syndrome because after years of physical therapy and recently being completely unable to use my right arm due to weakness and intense nerve pain shooting all down my arm into my hand I'm not going to wait for a diagnosis because I know this is what's going on with me and stretches and self-massage have helped me get my arm back online much more than the physical therapy office offered me.

    Hey U yes u you r the best person we never meet we never see each other but trust me I have a good feeling about U U can do whatever you want to do if U r not a adult then U have Ur whole life to do things U dreamed about and if U r a adult trust God and his plans U ask God for a flower and a plant but God give U a whole wonderful big garden anxiety is nothing if U want to buy a big house and a big car then U have to work hard for it we can understand each other but our family will understand us but not as good as much so U have to work hard buddy let's work hard and trust God and Ur self and lets achieve our dreams together kiddoooo❤❤❤❤

    Hi Rachel, i really need some help. I am having severe pain on the inside foot arch and i cant get it to go away and i want it to go away. Can you please do a foot massage video for arch??     To be honest most of the stuff i research none of that work for me. What make me really mad, is the way i feel. I feel my head like is going to explode, my heart rate is high as hell, and i cant no longer remove the activity i need to do the next day. I cant even go to the damn bathroom .

    thank you miss I think I spent the last 7 years with just anxiety, from 14 to almost 22 it wasted too many opportunities to learn from my peers social skills and just in general how to be human lately the issue has grown into me forgetting how to feel real at all these are some very helpful first steps for me to start calming down being able to take my life in my own hands and just move forward thank you so much
