I have nothing been to buckeye in a couple years. But I have noticed it has been building up with stores and such. I was wondering about buckeye and housing prices has that spiked out there because it’s really quiet and isolated out there. Not much and I like when it’s not much in the area. That’s a pretty different looking home. I would love to purchase something like that home. Thanks Super

Cool video man. Wife and i are seriously considering moving to buckeye from SoCal. We both have a 830ish credit score and 0 credit card debt with a cost of living of 30k a year and a income of about 85k a year. We haven't spoke to a agent yet or applied for a loan but we're hella hoping we can buy a beautiful home in buckeye before they continue to skyrocket in price. I looked into buckeye back in 2019 and the average home that has 5 beds 3 baths and around 3k square feet living space/8 to 10k lot space ran about 270k. Now similar homes in buckeye run a Lil over 500k. Prices have sure the hell gone up in buckeye and most likely they will continue to rise exponentially because this city has been expanding so much. But anyways man great video again and hopefully we make the jump over there. CALI LIFE SUCKS.

The office/Bedroom is what we would call a dual purpose room.
The second “little home” would be great for an income property. All the owners would need to do would get a fridge, washer and dryer. The weird part is the door to the outside goes to the backyard but doesn’t allow access from the outside.
Some cities will not allow the owner to rent the extra space.
The suburban sprawl is insane. Almost an hour to get to my parents place in the Far East valley from downtown.

You know what, Big Super? That's the same thing I thought. An in-law suite, a place for family to move in and have their own living area instead of just a spare room. And true, things are changing in the USA. Cost of living is out of bounds for everybody, and adult kids and couples with kids are actually still living with or moving in their parents--or vice-versa. Childcare is expensive, so having grandparents live with you is built-in baby-sitting, if they don't work. Times are becoming more different and tougher. It's a very practical house, in many ways. Very nice! Not a bad price either, for what a family gets. Great showing!

I grew up in Buckeye. Before the Walmart and Fry's store. As a matter of fact, the I-10 didn't go all the way through yet to California. My grandparents house is now surrounded by the big houses, and they call it a farmhouse. Between Broadway and Southern. My sister lives there now. Was and still is a great place to live. Use to go dove hunting in my front yard. That's when everyone knew everyone in Buckeye. What great Memories.
This was awesome. The way everything is so expensive right now you could easily rent that part of the house out to get help with mortgage and bills or like u said mother in law suite. Mama still gone help with bills tho 😂😂😂 but yea I like this one too . Very different layout from the rest super cool tho. Great video keep up the good work you’re doing super thanks for sharing

Really interesting, MIL suites are great. Glad to see them trending again. The cost of gas is getting ridiculous too, depending on where you work definitely add that to the budget. As I understand it if there’s no stove it’s not a second kitchen per Maricopa county rules so is still a single family dwelling.
So then people will cook on plug-in burners and George Forman grills without a vent. What could possibly go wrong.

The mother in law needs lots of steps few windows and outside locks on the doors.
The NextGen style homes is exactly what we are looking for! -- We just toured this Yesterday (after seeing this video) and they have furniture up and everything now. Looks great, but the price is up a bit, to be expected though in AZ! :P

I seriously doubt there would be separate utilities. Even duplexes usually have only one water meter. BUT, that is here in Hawaii, so🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️

I live in Buckeye, there are 7 brand new neighborhoods being laid out right now. Only 2 have houses going up all others they are still laying out the streets. It's crazy going to explode in this coming year. Can't wait for the restaurants to catch up!!

If it has a closet in the room. Then it’s a legal bedroom here in America. This is a super nice home. My daughter is planning on buying my home for what I have remaining on my mortgage it’s less then 150,000. And currently she is glancing at homes with mil suites. Or 2 masters. She wants to stay in the Indy area but go far north. Idk. I’m on track of leaving my job at 57 or 60ish. And even if we don’t move we are in a nice area anyways.

Looks like tartesso. I just bought a home in tartesso in august. Wish I had gotten a next gen, but we were rushed! Plan on moving soon though bc we are too far from my husbands store, but overall it’s a decent area. Just not ideal if you work deep in Phoenix

This is a NewGen home in other words Apt in house for mother in law or you can rent out and they don’t have to come through the main house that’s why they have their door open into the outside and you could have everything in the kitchen besides a stove you have to use like a microwave or hot plates or something like that because if they put a stove in the nest a whole new house attached these are really the upcoming home I think they start it is Santan valley
Have you ever thought about going into realty? You'd make good money on that. Realty is selling in Fresno CA, with people moving out of bigger towns like San Francisco, San Jose, and LA.
