    I've seen people put those huge rocks in the front yard of their corner house if they have issues with people driving through their landscaping. They are like pillars to make sure no one drives into your yard as a short cut.

    Born and raised in south Scottsdale. I moved to the Midwest off the Mississippi river and my house payment is 660 on a 2 bedroom with basement and HUGE front backyards. Gas Is $3.79 10 minutes from my house and $4.23 in town. Population 40k Best thing i ever did in life was move out of AZ. Moving my mom from Mesa to here in April. I loved AZ but prices and change of culture per say scared me away.

    I moved from Az 5 yrs ago to Idaho to care for my mom in hospice. I was able to buy a manufactured home with 3bed and 2 bath. Large porch and quiet street on big lot for 39k ,my neighbors are homes on 3 acre lots. I still travel back to visit my family and friends but don’t miss the heat and the traffic. In 2 yrs we have influx of Cal. That have bout houses 1/4 of their cost there. Now everyone is building townhomes include everythingpool n gym for 1400. Month. In 20 min your at lake. The rivers run through towns. We are not huge. They have just built on to our freeway to four lane on each side now.we have 3400. Job available. We have low crime great schools and rank within top 6 of the US. So if you are tired of just living to pay your rent think of Idaho. We have hardly any homeless and those that are are helped to find housing,employment and transportation. Bless you all who still deal with heat. Monsoon should be coming soon. I do miss the rain n thunder lit sky. Be safe. I appreciate your videos and all the time you take it’s not easy on you.

    Now that is a beautiful, clean home, Big Super. Great size and everything. That's a winner for a family coming in. I wonder if the garage smells like smoke because the landlord doesn't allow smoking in the living areas, so instead of going outside, a previous tenant lit up in the garage, maybe? Still nice, though. Thanks for sharing!👍🏾😃

As for the garage, at least you could not smell the smoke in the home. They really need to RIP out that drywall and replace it. Nice pool but that gravel kills the way area.

    • @alexsimms1863
      @alexsimms1863 Před 2 lety +5

      There's no bubble. These homes aren't being bought with adjustable rate mortgages. Its an appreciation boom that will eventually slow but I doubt it regresses. People have been waiting for prices in California to regress for 20 years.

    • @MissterX
      @MissterX Před 2 lety +3

      Nope, demand is too high & there are too many people moving here. There's no bubble and the last one that burst was due to sub prime loans & predatory lenders. They knew it wouldn't last forever when they started in a knew it was bound to "burst".

    • @indianasunshine833
      @indianasunshine833 Před 2 lety +3

    This house is almost 100% identical to my first ever house in Surprise. The only difference is that we chose to make the master bedroom bonus space a 4th bedroom. I am assuming that was probably an option, because those houses were built the same time. I even put in a pool that looked almost identical with the waterfall. We bought it for $155,000 in 2003 and sold it for $265,000 in 2005. It's now worth about $465,000 and it rents for around $2,000 monthly.

    The downstairs had a great layout. Yes, a bigger refrigerator is needed - the kind with the double french doors on top and the freezer pullout on the bottom. Yes, the laundry room should be upstairs. Not too shabby!! No one likes a smelly garage. My concern with that would be the ventilation in the garage The 1st bedroom would be my home office if I wanted to rent the house. Bedroom # 2 is kinda okay for a really small kid. That is a relatively nice entrance to the master suite but that cut out can hinder the wall space. Less is more in this case. Like the bonus room. Thank you double sinks. The closet is a very good size. I agree I cannot STAND that cheap shelving. It should be outlawed. lol. The pricing seems to be competitive. I am definitely looking for a more upscale neighborhood. I like the personal live testimonial of the newcomer to town. That was an impromptu touch!! Way cool!!! Overall I would give this house a rating of 6.5 on a 1 to 10 scale. Let me see what else you got. :-)

    I am not sure about the area but the home is very nice. If I were the owner this home would be four to five bedroom home. There is lots of wasted space in the home. Your right about the Master bathroom sink. Cheesy and less expensive looking. So, I love the spacious kitchen. Not fond of the backsplash or countertops. I would paint those cabinets and countertops. Maybe? Change the backsplash. It’s really a busy pattern and isn’t compatible with the countertops. Such a large room with a small kitchen hutch. I can’t believe it. The swimming pool is alright and the backyard is a canvas waiting to be designed. The garage would bother me. Maybe the garbage cans? It should be aired out and scrubbed down. The large rooms are the big advantage and backyard for outdoor dining and for a children playground area. The pool needs a fence. Yes, I know! Blah Blah Blah!

    That house seemed like so much wasted space. I don't get a living room & a great room, extra room attached to huge master. They should have given it an extra bed & bath. McMansions always suck with space planning.

    I get dry heaves super easy. After the garage I would have been gone. Frfr. Nice home. But, I have been to homes I couldn’t get past the entryway and my real estate agent at the time found out fast I don’t entertain bad smells or anything remotely weird. Nice craft room off the owners suite. Maybe make extra money online to clean out that garage. 😅😅😅

    Hey super im gonna be working in mesa gateway soon and will be looking for places in the mesa/gilbert or chandler area. Probably a studio but man prices are crazy. Any recommendations for a good area/price? Im looking around $1100-1500.

      If you could somehow buy your house note would be well under 1500 a month.

      This reply is 4 mo's. past your post. As a "native AZ.'n". Just curious of an update please. What did you find if you're in that area? I am & I'm giggling. NOT at you or by any means to insult. Everyone want's that price or way less.
      Had a church person, wants to rent a 2 bdrm, has 3 cats & pay 800.00. That's all I'm sayin.
      Bless you.

    Do not! I repeat. Do not ever rent a house with a pool! You have just inherent a major nightmare. Now you have to clean it and maintain it. Extra utility bills to constantly run pumps. You can see the pool is already dirty. Many times with rentals they have cheapest quality pumps and you will be changing and replacing filters.

    Dear God in Heaven,
    Shocked, NO. lived in AZ for 45 yrs. Glad my lil home is WAY, WAY under that rent & I have a mortgage. Super my man, gotta let folks know. that 2-story home w/pool. Comes with a 500.00 plus electric bill folks. NO joke. 2 story in So. Az is crazy to cool in the dead of summer One also MUST know where the sun is all day long. It has zero shade, even w/ the small, covered porch. Love ALL people, but STAY where you are at please.
    Locals can't afford rent anymore.
