Great video, if you can how far is Estrella Mountain Ranch from Verrado I like both is one closer to shopping than the other which neighborhood do you like better? I’m gonna need a realtor soon thanks
@@AirJordan23DCH they are about 25 minutes apart. They each have their pros and cons. For me personally, I would pick Verrado over Estrella. Verrado is getting a brand new shopping district fall of '25 called Verrado Marketplace. There is also just a ton of growth in Buckeye, some of it high tech- high paying jobs, which I believe will be good for home values there. The main thing I don't like about Verrado is the airplane noise but I'd still choose it over Estrella, which to me, feels too removed/ isolated. Apache Junction has a brand new community in phase one and they have a brand new tuition free charter school that should be really good! Are you planning to move soon?

I am in San Diego (92129) and thinking about moving to the Phoenix area (Honeywell took over my company here in San Diego and its headquarters is in Phoenix). I am not very familiar with this area. But the houses are just so unbelievable (for the price). Verrado is nice ❤️. I am narrowing it down to either Verrado, Gilbert or Chandler.
@@danielnguyen2846 I know there are multiple Honeywell locations in the valley. You may want to be closer to work if you're commuting. Thanks for watching. I don't have any particular info about low income apartments, as I don't work in rentals, however one options might be finding a room for rent rather than an apartment, and save some money that way. Just an idea. Good luck on your move!
Many people share your sentiment. But there are truly some amazing new communities on the west side too... and more employment opportunities all the time over there too, which is great!
Thanks for the input! To be honest, Marley Park hasn't really been on my radar - I may have to get out there and do a video tour! Both Verrado (Buckeye) and Marley Park (Surprise) are in such major areas for growth and development. It's kind of exciting to see what it going on in the west valley!
@@AmyAndJoonArizonaRealtors I can tell you wants going on in one word, TRAFFIC. With all the building that's happening off of the 303 and Verrado Way traffic has become a nightmare. The same developers did verrado and marley park. You should check out MP it's has a real midwest feel with lots of green spaces and updated homes. Thanks for the reply.

I looked at Apache Junction and it does have some really nice houses. But their high school's rating is so low (2 out of 10) 😩

I live in Verrado. it's nice, but its WAY over hyped and overpriced. I would say Marley Park is an updated version of Verrado.
